Newly remodeled 1889 historic downtown vacation rental

Newly remodeled 1889 historic Silverton home with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Modern design with tasteful decor. Upstairs bath has a luxurious steam shower and the downstairs bathroom has a claw foot tub. This is one of the most well kept and beautiful rental homes in Silverton. There is an organic mattress in the master bedroom and other beds are outfitted w organic sheets. There is a very comfortable and entertainment worthy kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked complete with granite countertops and a dining nook that easily seats six with room for accommodating larger parties. The house has radiant in-floor heating throughout. Large and very cozy living room with gorgeous oriental rug and gas fireplace. There is also a laundry room stocked with earth friendly laundry detergent.

There is very private, large, fenced in backyard. Which includes a back deck with Weber bbq grill. This beautiful yard is complete with shady Aspen trees, and a beautiful rock and perennial garden outlined by a lush green lawn. The views of Sultan, Grand Turk and Kendall Mountains are glorious. Located just off of Main street on notorious Blair street. Comfortably sleeps 6 (7 with couch).

Peppercorn, my adorable kitty lives here. She is clean, feeds and waters herself, there is no litter box so it's not stinky, she lets herself in and out as she pleases. If you don't like, or are allegoric to cats, this house is not for you! If you're not sure, then definitely rent and you'll fall in love, promise.

There is a year round tenant that lives on the property ( attached dwelling) completely separate entrance, yard, etc.

Silverton

We had a great stay in Silverton. The house was perfect for us and in a great location for our daily hikes in the mountains. Kim was a terrific host. Everything was just as advertised only better. We were in her house for 20 days and had NO issues whatsoever!

We had a great stay in Silverton. The house was very nice very put together. It worked well for what we were doing. Enjoy the time with my brother would stay there again thanks.

Perfect location

House was clean and great location in terms of proximity to town and trails! We loved walking to coffee bear in the morning and around the town shops. The house is fully stocked with everything you could need and more in terms of kitchen and bathroom supplies. We weren’t aware the owner actually lives in the home in an upstairs unit, but it didn’t cause any issues. Thanks Kim for hosting us!

Great place for a family and a great yard for the dogs!

We were in Silverton for a wedding at the Wyman and we loved that this house was so close. We used it as a meeting place for our family. The kitchen was awesome with everything you could need. Our dogs loved the backyard and we enjoyed sitting out there talking and reading. The steam shower was so amazing! We all enjoyed it. Lastly, we got to meet Kim and she was so gracious and kind, offering to help us with whatever we needed.

Great House!

During a recent ski trip to Silverton we had the pleasure of staying at this property. It was the perfect place to stay on our down days, and a great spot to rest after skiing. Kim was a flexible and easy to contact host!

Silverton Gold 💛

The home is absolutely stunning!! It had all the amenities for a relaxing stay. The steam shower was so nice after a day of adventures. The home also has a beautiful claw foot tub for soaking. We enjoyed cooking dinners in a well equipped kitchen. There is a beautiful antique wood burning stove in the kitchen that set the ambience and was so nice to enjoy while preparing meals. The host Kim is absolutely amazing!! She is super attentive to the property and her guests wants and needs. She has the sweetest bernese mountain dog named Oliver that became fast friends with our doodle. The location in town was perfect! Main street is only one block away so easy to walk to and grab coffee and food. Thanks for everything Kim!! We can't wait to come stay with you again. Give Oliver a snuggle for us!

The Best Place to Stay in the BEST Mountain Town!

I felt like I won the lottery when I was able to reserve Kim's home between the holidays in '22. The home was absolutely perfect for what I was wanting to do: relax and play in the snow outside with my two kids. The location is perfect (right in town) and the property is cozy, clean and set up for all you might want to do (cooking a meal for a group, watching movies on the Apple TV set up, putting snow gear in the mud room, etc.). I cannot recommend Kim as a host or this incredibly awesome property enough! Thank you Kim for a memorable, restful and amazing holiday week!

More privacy!

Did not know a joined apt attached to house. Yard had dog poop all over. If would of had pet would of been an issue w other pets. Loved the house the service, and all the natural products. Great time!

Comfortable & Beautiful Stay

This home was absolutely stunning. The person who restored this historic home did an amazing job. It was bigger than I realized and comfortably fit 5 adults. The antique furniture and decor were so beautiful. The location couldn't be more beautiful, too! I stayed here during a wedding at Kendall Mountain which was easy to walk to. My dog loved walking around the creek every morning. Main street is also only a block away and easy to walk to multiple food + coffee options.

Great experience Beautiful house Great location

The house is very inviting and comfortable. It was laid out great for our group of 5 and the remodel work is very nice. Kim was a great host and takes very good care of the house and the yard and was attentive and available when needed, but a quiet neighbor. Being on Blair St makes this a great location with easy access to shops and restaurants in town. It would be a perfect spot to watch the 4th of July Parade as it is right on a corner of the route. Overall a great experience with a beautiful house and a wonderful host!!!

Great place for Silverton ski trip

House was great for our group of three guys. Very convenient to town. We ate dinners out but kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely come back.

Christmas in Silverton!

Our time in Silverton could not have been better, and a lot of that was due to the wonderful experience we had with Kim, the home owner, and her beautiful house. Kim went above and beyond from getting us a Christmas tree to brushing the snow from our car and even moving it when necessary. We could not have asked for anything more! The home is well stocked and has many great features, radiant heated floors, a steam shower, and well stocked kitchen and pantry are just a few! Every window you look out has a view of the beautiful San Juan mountains. We were there over Christmas and enjoyed a lot of the towns offerings. Our favorite restaurant, Cole Bank Café, is owned and operated by Collin and Scotty, two great people! Scotty also has a soap and candle shop, the Silverton Soapbox, which is a great spot to pick up gifts for friends and a few things for yourself. Everyone we came in contact with in Silverton was friendly, helpful, and glad we were there. Kim and Oliver (her 4 legged friend) are the absolute best! We are looking forward to returning to Silverton and taking in all the town has to offer. Thanks Kim and Oliver! Tim, Ruth, and Oscar

Comfortable and clean.

Comfortable and clean. Newly remodeled. Great street parking for pickup, trailer, and OHV/UTV. Property manager very helpful and friendly.
