Great family vacation

Our family of 6 adults & 2 toddlers stayed at the Austin house and enjoyed the cowgirl pool as well as the chickens. It was very convenient to many Austin sites and restaurants. We would definitely recommend this house to other visitors to Austin, TX

This house was AMAZING and an ideal space for a fun girls’ weekend in Austin. My friend’s bachelorette weekend would not have been as special and memorable if not for this unforgettable VRBO. Booking, communication, location, amenities, and decor were top-notch. The host went above and beyond our loftiest expectations to ensure our stay was a success. 11 of us slept and stayed at the house comfortably, and we were able to utilize the kitchen, dining, and living areas with no inconvenience whatsoever. The location was great - quiet and secluded, yet conveniently close to everything we needed. It’s literally walking distance from a few great restaurants and bars on the east side, and a very short Uber to the rest of East Austin and downtown. I’d book this place in a heartbeat again if I ever planned another large gathering, and you should, too!

Perfect Graduation Weekend!

We rented this precious house for our daughter's graduation from Texas. It was absolutely perfect for our party of 8. We hosted a small gathering to celebrate too and it was such a great setting. The neighborhood was very cozy and so close to so many great restaurants..Este, Haymaker, Bird Bird, and Love Supreme. We loved them all! And it was a quick 8 minute drive campus for all the festivities. Thank you so much for opening your precious home to us! Hook' em!!

Perfect fit and great location!

Celebrated a birthday with small group of women for a long weekend in Austin. No one in the party had been to Austin so I feel we really lucked out with this rental. The location offered a short walk to restaurants and bars and also a small grocery for necessities. The house was clean, offered a nice gathering space inside and out for our party, and came with farm fresh eggs from the cutest chickens on property. Hosts were very responsive when we had questions and were very gracious.

We enjoyed the house, but found it to be a little more rundown than it had seemed in the pictures. Most VRBOs that we have stayed in have some sort of instructions/information or welcome book - this house didn’t have that or we didn’t find it. That would have been helpful in saving us time in trying to figure out how various things worked. The other thing to note is that the room with the bunk beds is really only useable for relatively young children. The top bunk is so low that you cannot sit on the bottom bunk without hunching down and if you sleep there - you cannot sit up in bed without smashing your head on the top bunk. That was really unpleasant.We were there during a cold snap so we enjoyed the hot tub, but didn’t otherwise get to enjoy the back yard too much - but it was nice.

We did install full-size bunk beds to better accommodate adults; however, we understand that bunk beds—especially the lower bunk—can still have some limitations. Bachelorette party

This was the perfect hluse for our bachelorette party. We had 12 girls stay the night. Everyone had a place to sleep and we were able to be 3 girls per bathroom, so getting ready was a breeze. The house has a large dining table and couch for all our late night yapping sessions. It was a short uber ride to all of our outings as well! The tree stump table and ivy covered wall of the house, made for really cute pictures as well! The owner was very easy to communicate with and always promptly answer all of my questions!

Absolutely incredible! Highly recommend!

We had a group of 10 visiting Austin to celebrate my sisters bachelorette and this house was absolutely PERFECT! Incredibly clean, above and beyond communication and support from hosts who even let us check in early! Super helpful communication about entry and location and the area as well. The house had everything we needed and more PLUS it was somehow even nicer than the photos! Decor and aesthetic were perfectly done and the entire home was so nicely cool at all times as an escape from the heat of Austin! Plus they had chickens to feed in the yard that were so adorable and farm fresh eggs to eat! Overall, couldn’t recommend this spot more!!!!

This a unique house in the best part of Austin. Its a short walk to lots of restaurants and cool Austin bars. Me and my BF spent the past year making it into a super cute boho oasis for you and yours guest to relax or party in style.

We keep a couple happy chickens on the property so you'll likely have fresh eggs if you like. We also have a small natural bee hive in the far corner of the property surrounded by native plants of various species that bloom year-round.
