You are in the middle of downtown Copenhagen with all its attractions in every direction within 10 minutes' walk.

The 100 sq.m. apartment consists of:

Hall, living room, TV corner / dining room, combined toilet / bathroom, kitchen and a bedroom with double bed.

The apartment's facilities include:

WiFi, TV with local Nordic channels, dishwasher and access to a washing machine in the basement.

The apartment is on the ground floor.

There is limited access to the courtyard area, and barbecuing is only permitted for residents.

We are often very flexible when it comes to early check-in or at least to store luggage from 10:30 AM on check-in day, depending on when the previous guests leave.

Fabulous Apartment

Absolutely perfect stay for 2 in the heart of Copenhagen. This will feel more like your home than a short term stay. The place is beautifully furnished with a beautiful library. The location is perfectly central and right on a metro stop.

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for 5 days at the end of May. The flat is very specious and nice. The location is also fabulous. There's a Metro station right out the front door. My only negative comment is that the clothes washer is a shared unit in the basement. Not terribly inconvenient, but I originally thought it would be in the unit. If I return to Copenhagen, I would stay in this apartment again.

Lovely apartment with a drawback or two

This is a lovely apartment, filled with books and art. Hard not to love. But, on the down side, on a hot summers day, a single small fan makes no difference at all in a bedroom so small it is not possible to walk around the bed. I would not think anyone over fifty could easily use this bed set up, the only bedroom in the apartment.

The ground level apartment is in a great location. The Marble church is literally out the front window. The palace is a two minute walk and a metro station is right outside the front door. The apartment building is very old. So don’t expect anything shiny and new. The bedroom is jammed in the back and the bed is jammed into a corner so you have to crawl over your bed mate to get out of the bed. But again, you can see this in the photos. The bathroom is old, but it works. Again very old so there is no shower drain in the shower. It spills out over into a drain on the floor. The apartment is spacious.. It was clean and the Wi-Fi works. Safe location. Tons of books and knickknacks all over the place. So if you were looking for modern and sleek, this is not the place. It is old and has a lot of character. And nothing much has changed. If they wanted to they could really make a nice bathroom and a nice kitchen. The washer machine is in the basement and shared with other people. there is a courtyard with a dining table if you want to get outside. The frustrating thing is that I booked through VRBO but then all payments and all communication was 100% outside of VRBO and the rental company used three different emails and I received an email in December saying that my first payment needed to be paid within 24 hours. I thought it was a scam. VRBO needs to streamline their relationship with this rental company who takes the payments and provides the support

Un soggiorno magico nel cuore di Copenaghen. La posizione di questo appartamento è semplicemente imbattibile in pieno centro con la fermata della metropolitana davanti al portone il che rende ogni spostamento comodissimo. Ma il vero valore aggiunto e l'atmosfera. Si tratta della casa fi una coppia danese, piena di tantissimi libri. Quadri e oggetti. Soggiornare qui ti fa sentire parte della loro vita e della loro quotidianità. C'è un'anima autentica che ti avvolge tanto che fin dal primo momento ho avuto l'impressione di aver sempre vissuto lì. Il punto forte é senza dubbio il salotto dalle sue finestre si gode una vista spettacolare direttamente sulla maestosa Chiesa di Frederik un panorama che toglie il fiato a qualsiasi ora del giorno. L'unico piccolo compromesso è la disposizione della camera da letto: il letto è attaccato alla finestra il che rende un po' scomodo e disagevole scendere. Tuttavia è un dettaglio minimo che passa del tutto in secondo piano. L'esperienza complessiva vale assolutamente la pena. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un soggiorno unico e infimenticabile a Copenaghen

Zentraler geht‘s nicht

Tolles Appartement mit vielen antiken Möbeln und Altbau-Charme im Hochparterre; absolut zentrale Lage an der „Marmorkirken“ mit Metroanschluss direkt vor der Tür und jede Menge Fahrradständer. Das Schlafzimmer ist ziemlich klein und wird fast vollständig von einem Doppelbett ausgefüllt. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und und sehr gemütlich. Es ist nach vorne zur Kirche raus gelegen und morgens scheint die Sonne rein. Wir fanden das Appartement toll und würden gerne wiederkommen, Unsere Empfehlung für Kopenhagen: Fahrräder mitnehmen oder ausleihen - die Stadt ist absolut übersichtlich, es gibt ein fantastisch ausgebautes Netz an Fahrradwegen, man kommt überall schnell hin und fühlt sich absolut sicher auf dem Rad!

Beautiful place and location

My mom was born in Denmark so it has always been a life goal to take this trip. The location of apartment is amazing. Walkable to many of the places we wanted to see. I do suggest the Copenhagen card. All metro and buses and trains are included also the palaces and other sites entry fees like tivoli. We did the 5 day pass. The apartment itself was very Hugge. Comfortable and nice.

Perfect location. Few steps from the metro and walkable distance from multiples attractions. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Property manager very flexible and very responsive.

We like the neighborhood. Lots of restaurants/retail and grocery stores nearby. The metro was not open yet but once that is open the apartment is just step from the metro station that can take you all over Copenhagen and to the airport. The apartment is on the ground floor so once the metro station is open, I am not sure how busy and noisy it will be outside. The small bedroom is in the back of the apartment and is very quiet. No street noise back there. Lots of living space in the cozy apartment. We would stay here again.

Authentic Copenhagen historic property

We had an excellent time and everything in the apartment worked for our Copenhagen vacation. The kitchen was well equipped (no microwave, but all else). The new metro stop is still under construction literally right in front of the flat. Work is only in the daytime. It will be most convenient for travel when done. The bedroom is in the far back so it was amazingly quiet for sleeping despite any sounds up front. There are shops right around the corner for coffee and everything else. Two blocks away is the waterfront with dozens of superb restaurants. The view out the front windows of the apartment is of the Marble Church...a major historic site. It closes at 5 pm so it makes a quiet neighbor too... and it’s spectacular to look at. We had a great time. Super convenient and classy.

Perfectly situated and surprisingly homey.

Snuggled under the shadow of the might Marble Church, and a two minute walk to the royal palaces, and a ten minute walk to the National Design Museum, this apartment was ideally situated for my wife and me. Despite work on a new metro station in front of the handsome building, it was quiet. Walls of books, many original pictures, and nice furniture gave a homey feel--quite different from so many Ikea furnished vacation apts. Kitchen has all necessary utensils. Only drawback is the queen bed takes up the entire "bedroom." One person must crawl over the other for midnight missions.....

Wonderful stay at the flat in Copenhagen! Everything was considered for our needs. The host met us at the door. It was a location and apartment in the heart of very historic neighborhood. Although in the city and construction of new metro station is literally outside the front door, the bedroom is way in back so it was quiet for sleeping. And the workers stopped at about 5 pm. Coffee shop, close around the corner, also had tempting muffins, breads, and ice cream (which I frequented for evening desert treat.) Get the Copenhagen Card (NOT the City Card) and the 1A bus runs right to all the other city attractions every 3-6 minutes. We had a marvelous time. (There is a huge library that we enjoyed also.) Great location except the metro construction

Charming older apartment which shows wear. As others nots bed while very comfortable takes up most of the bedroom. Kitchen supplies minimal.

NICE APARTMENT in good location but it needs a good vacuuming. Kitchen supplies are very minimal. Bed is difficult to get in and out of as others have said. Construction of metro is noisy early in the morning until late. Don't know when it will be done but it may be another year!

Great location and nice apartment with real character

On a street with the 'Marble Church' right on the other side, it's about a 10 minute walk from Kongens Nytorv, the square with a busy underground station that connects to the main rail station and to Kastrup airport. On the ground floor with a roomy living room and big windows, a combination dining room/library, small but well-equipped kitchen. Downsides are the small bedroom with a queen-sized bed that fills the space, making it hard to make up, and necessitating climbing over one's bedmate if one gets up during the night, and not much room to hang clothes up or place luggage. Kitchen and bedroom windows look out onto a shared interior courtyard; there is a (free) washer but no dryer in the basement. Bathroom is shower only with a curtain, no enclosure. We love to walk and basically all of touristic Copenhagen is within walking distance if you don't think 30-40 minutes is too much. Construction of a new subway line is still going on (summer 2018) at a snail's pace, so part of the street is blocked off (no traffic!), but we heard no noise. The apartment is full of traditional furniture, paintings, and other objets d'art obviously collected by the owners over many years, which give it real character.

Very old and historical building.

Great place to stay but the renovation of the magnificent Marble Church next to the apartment was a problem for getting around. Other then that we enjoyed our stay there.

The apartament was very good and is very well located. The only thing I will suggest is to get the TV with any foreing channel, there were only danish channels
