Cogan is a spacious 2400 square-foot home with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Enter the main level of the home by just 2 stairs and step into the family room. This room is open to the kitchen and dining room, which easily seats 8. The gas fireplace and flat-screen TV are the focal points and can be seen from anywhere in these rooms. You will have deck access from the dining room, which leads out to the backyard with a fire pit. The dining room also leads out to the garage, you may park up to 2 cars here. The main level master bedroom features a King size bed, walk-in closet, and flat-screen TV. This en suite has a full bathroom with a whirlpool tub and stand-up shower. The bathroom is within arms reach of the laundry room which has a full size washer and dryer, we supply the detergent. The other bedroom on this level has a Queen-sized bed and access to the full hallway bath with tub/shower combo. Venture downstairs into the large family room which will be your group's favorite hang out spot. The pool table, chess table, Pac-Man game, flat screen TV, and comfy couches (both are sofa sleepers) will make it hard to leave. The lower level is where your plus two will sleep on a sofa sleeper. Another King bedroom is located in the lower level with access to a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Walk straight outside to the 7-person hot tub, the outdoor fire pit, and the gas grill. The back of the home has privacy on all three sides, along with great views of the rolling hills of the Galena Territory. Pet-friendly homes do require a $150 pet fee.

Enjoy Access to the GTA Owners Club while staying with us. The indoor pool is open year-round and the outdoor pool is open Memorial Day - Labor Day. The club is an exclusive amenity that can be used by only Galena Territory property owners and their guests. It includes an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool w/slides, a kiddie pool, fitness room, game room, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts and seasonal snack bar. Don't forget to visit Lake Galena, The Shenandoah Riding Center and hiking trails throughout the 6,800-acre property. Disclaimer: You may not have enough cards for your entire group. Guest passes can be purchased for just $5 a day at the GTA admin office or pool entrance, staying with us grants you access, it may not be free. Please remember usage of the amenities is never guaranteed. We do not discount or refund due their closure. When you book a home with us we will require 30% down, this is a payment not a deposit. The full balance is due 14 days prior to check-in. If you cancel prior to the 14 days, you will receive the first payment, less a $35 cancellation fee. At the 14-day mark, your stay will become non-refundable, and dates cannot be adjusted. Your payments will automatically be processed to the card you place on file at the time of booking. Your rental agreement (sent after booking) will reflect the due dates and amounts.

Please Note: You will be required to sign an electronic rental agreement at the time of booking. We ask that you sign and file this within 48 hours of receiving it to guarantee your reservation. You must be 25 or older at the time of booking. Please Note—there are no exceptions to our cancellation policy. We highly recommend travel insurance.

Check-in details are emailed to you three days before arrival. This includes the home's address, the access code, and other home/area information. Early check-in is not available from June to October. When available, it cannot be considered until the night before or morning of your arrival and is NEVER guaranteed. The check-in details will cover this process.
