Family vacation on Kauai

This home is wonderful. We loved waking up and having our morning coffee in the deck. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The location was also ideal. Itā€™s in a safe, quiet neighborhood and a short drive to Hanalei. This home is beautiful and highly recommended.

We enjoyed our 6 night stay tremendously! It fit our needs perfectly. We loved the use of the beach chairs (there were 7 for us), snorkel gear, and noodles for swimming and beach going. We thoroughly enjoyed the deck views and reading in the morning and evenings. The house was very clean, well-stocked, and we were glad to have the AC to cool off at the heat of the day. The location was perfect - easy access to Hanalei and the other areas west like Haena as well as heading a bit east to Anini Beach. We also enjoyed walking down to the resort at the end of the road to have dinner on several nights, and we accessed the beach that way as well for a few sunsets. Super convenient for our family of 7 (we used a pull out couch for one of our kids) and we would absolutely stay there again if we came to Kauai!

Relaxing vacation in Princeville

Had a wonderful time in Kauai while sharing this house between two young families! Nice and quiet neighbourhood, and a large house suitable to be shared between two groups easily. House has plenty of amenities including beach equipment and bikes in the garage! Would definitely recommend to anyone planning to stay in the Princeville area.

Fantastic Home in Princeville

This house was a perfect fit for our family vacation with 3 adult couples. The house is just as advertised. Plenty of beach gear and bikes in the garage. We used the kitchen and grill in the garage to cook several meals and had everything we needed. Beautiful views from the upstairs lanai and a nice relaxing jacuzzi on the downstairs lanai. The location is in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood with easy access to Hanalei Bay and all North Shore beaches and activities. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing house, great amenities!! Bikes, wagons, boogie boards, ice chestsā€¦snorkel gear. Layout was perfect for 2-3 separate families. Hot tub was nice to have after a day at the beach. Quiet neighborhood, fines if youā€™re too loud after 9pm. (Wasnā€™t an issue with us, but we were worried.) We would come back for sure!

My family of five really loved this property. We have rented several properties over the years and felt this was one of the most ā€œthoughtfulā€ properties we have rented. There were so many added touches to make our stay comfortable. The house provides comfortable beds, plenty of cookware and utensils, extra blankets, air and cooling purifiers, beach gear (chairs, snorkels, towels, boogie boards,etc.). There were also several bikes with locks, which is a big plus for cruising the neighborhood or riding to a beach and locking up. We also appreciated having AC, as it was warm outside during our visit. We were also impressed with how the property management company responded so quickly to our self inflicted Wi-Fi issue. As far as location, we were easily able to walk or bike to hideaways beach and queens bath. Itā€™s also just down the street from hanalei bay resort which has a nice bar area known for its Mountain Viewā€™s. The back porch/lanai was wonderful as well, very spacious on the golf course with Mountain Viewā€™s and a peekaboo of the ocean. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

Birthday Celebration

In looking for a home to celebrate my 70th birthday I selected the Bali Hai home, located on the 2nd hole of the Makai golf course. It was quite simply one of the best decisions I've ever made. The home was well appointed and had everything you needed for the home or for the beach. It also came equipped with 6 bicycles. The best part by far were the huge outdoor spaces (covered) on both levels. What views! We literally spent all of our time outside. We will most certainly be back!

Beautiful Home in Princeville

The property was beautiful and well appointed for comfort. Loved having the hot tub, beach supplies, coolers, and plenty of games, books, and puzzles. The kitchen had everything we needed. The BBQ worked great. And we really enjoyed having the bikes to use. The management company was responsive and efficient at taking care of things that came up. We had three adult couples and found plenty of room, privacy, and gathering areas for all of us. Even if you didn't get the Master Bedroom, the other two rooms downstairs were very roomy and comfortable. If I could return tomorrow, I would, and I would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

Just what we needed

This space was easy to live in. We enjoyed the screens so we could have fresh air. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking implements and even sharp knives :) We grilled, appreciated the garage, having access to beach chairs and wake boards etc. Would have used the bikes but it was a very rainy week for us. Good communication with owners, as the ice machine stopped working. They could not fix it that day but left us ice :) Comfortable beds, fans in each room, and enjoyed sitting on the covered deck in the mornings, watching birds, golfers, and so many rainbows!

Great home and location

Overall our stay was amazing. It fit two families very well and we were pleased with the layout and accommodations. Everything was clean and there were tons of toys and beach equipment for us to use. We had some issues with the hot water when it came to taking showers. Contacted maintenance and they helped address it, but we still couldnā€™t seem to get the hot water to work in our favor. Wasnā€™t a deal breaker, just a little inconvenient. The home is beautiful and you canā€™t beat the location. Upstairs and downstairs decks were much enjoyed, along with the hot tub! Would definitely return!

Family Vacation Fun

House was located on a beautiful golf course. Enjoyed lots of meals outside with the great view. The house had plenty of room for a family of 7 . We enjoyed the use of the beach chairs and bikes that were available for our use .. lots of sand toys left by other families. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for meals we cooked in the home .. great fridge also. Laundry was downstairs which was great when we came home from the beach thru the garage ..we thoroughly enjoyed the house .. Princeville shopping center is close for a grocery store,restaurants and shopping ā€¦ the Hanalei bay resort is right at the end of the street you can walk to and they have a great pizza restaurant and the happy talk lounge has great food we just picked up and took back to house .. also great to eat there also .. the only problem we came across was the bbq grill that was for our use in the garage was not safe to use because the whole bottom was rusted out. Bedrooms downstairs had wonderful comfortable beds .. but the upstairs bed was not comfortable at all.. overall we would most definitely use this house again and loved having fans in rooms and ac was a must in the summer so thank you for that ..

The property and location is definitely a gem. The house is very clean and organize. The location with the golf course view is beyond what we have expected. Itā€™s a place conducive for relaxation and be away from hustle and bustle of life. The little issue that we had was addressed right away. It made our experience very memorable. Wonderful North Shore Home

We loved the house. It is in a neighborhood and you will be required to be quiet in the morning and later in evening. Be aware that there are three beds (sleeps 6) and a pull-out that is supposed to make up the other two (sleeps 8). Luckily the pull-out is comfortable, but it is in the kitchen/dining room area. Besides that, it is a beautiful home with great decks!

The unique benefits are many... The location on the 2nd hole of the Makai Golf Course is a enjoyable feature as the views are unobstructed. The guest rooms are downstairs with it own living room area with TV. The downstairs also has a kitchenette area to make a cup of coffee or tea. The Jacuzzi is amazing! The seating areas are spacious and the neighborhood is peaceful. Just a few minutes drive to beaches and shopping.
