Great stay in TX
This condo was clean, bright, and near good food and fun. Communication with the host was easy. We had a cold front come through during our stay and I asked for more blankets. They were delivered the same day. We would stay again.

Excellent stay in Katy!
Myself and my family stayed here for 2 months and it was a very positive experience. The host was communicative and cooperative and the building and area was extremely safe. There was a lot of nearby shops and restaurants, some were even walking distance, which is unusual for Texas in general. A couple of things that could have been better was the amount of supplies in the unit compared to how long we stayed there (bathroom and dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper etc), and also the quiet hours, as we could hear our noisy neighbors frequently from about 11:00pm to 6:00am. Other than that it was great and we cant wait to come back!

The unit’s structure and location are fine, but the cleanliness and management were unacceptable—especially for a holiday stay.
We arrived the Wednesday before Thanksgiving after traveling since 4:00 a.m. with two small kids. The unit was filthy—hair all over the floors, dirty toilets, crumbs in the dishes, an unclean bathtub, stained bedding, and false eyelashes on a pillowcase. The cleaners sent that night (after 9 p.m.) only vacuumed one bathroom and left.
Thanksgiving morning, the host sent cleaners without notice while we were with family, expecting us to return. We offered a 7 a.m. cleaning time on Black Friday, but no one showed up until after we left at 10 a.m. Exhausted, we had already washed the bedding ourselves and packed up our valuables since there’s no safe in the unit.
When the cleaners finally came, they made two beds, didn’t vacuum, and left debris like a moldy avocado seed and dried tangerine under a bed. There was even a Band-Aid on the fire detector, raising serious safety concerns.
The host reimbursed the cleaning fee but treated it like a favor, though we did most of the cleaning ourselves. This trip left us exhausted and frustrated. Until the host addresses these issues, this property is a health hazard.

Our units are well-known for being clean, and we hold our cleaning team to a high standard. Upon your arrival during the holiday season, you brought concerns to our attention, and we immediately took action by sending our cleaning team the same evening to address them. We specifically instructed the team to focus on all areas of concern you mentioned.
Regarding the issues:
The hair on the floor you described was minimal—one snagged hair in the carpet and one on the bathroom floor.
The bathroom cleanliness issue stemmed from the municipality’s annual water cycle, which temporarily affected water clarity across the entire building. We communicated this to you promptly, as it was outside of our control.
The bathtub, bathroom, and dishes are always cleaned thoroughly between guests. Used dishes are washed in the dishwasher, and the bathrooms are sanitized as part of our standard cleaning process.
Despite addressing these concerns the first night, we were surprised to hear additional complaints the next morning. Although we offered to send our team a second time, we requested a suitable time to respect your privacy, which we did not receive. When we eventually gained permission to enter on the third day, our team focused on the concerns you initially raised. However, additional requests—such as full cleaning and remaking beds that had already been stripped and partially remade—went beyond our original scope. As a courtesy, the cleaning team still assisted with making the beds.
It’s important to clarify that at no point did our team leave food debris or other items in the unit, and we do not endorse the accusation that this property is a “health hazard.” We made every effort, sending our cleaning team three times during the busy holiday season, while maintaining open communication with you.
We also refunded your cleaning fee to acknowledge your dissatisfaction, despite the challenges posed. However, we could not offer further refunds for accommodations, as the unit was actively used throughout your stay.
We sincerely regret that your experience did not meet expectations. While we pride ourselves on providing clean, well-maintained accommodations, we will use your feedback to improve further.
