**NO SMOKING** Any smoking will result in an added cleaning fee of $500.

Turning off the Front Security Camera, will result in a fine for someone to come out and turn it back on.

Pets considered, but must be approved and if approved will be charged an additional pet fee of $100/pet up to 2. Any pet not approved, will lead to being immediately canceled with no refund.

Unauthorized pets will be charged $250/pet and immediately told to leave with no refund.

Guests must be 25+ to rent the property.
