Sorry it wasn’t as quiet as you had hoped. Staying during the July 4th week (the busiest week of the summer) unfortunately everywhere in the Island Park area is that busy. We are specific in our description that we are within walking distance to commercial type businesses so our guests are not booking without having all the details of the cabin and the area. Thank you again for staying.

Yes unfortunately the neighboring property broke the outer window pane of the bedroom window. While it only took about 3 hours to replace the glass it took several weeks for the replacement to arrive as we are in a remote area and had to order it. We are so sorry for the inconvenience we didn’t have anyone else mentions the rattle or we definitely would have taken care of the situation before your arrival. We did come right over and did what we could to make your stay more comfortable as well as brought you an entire new set of towels and handed them directly to you within minutes of you calling which oddly you never used as they were still in the original packaging from the laundry service when you checked out. We do provide more than 1 towel per person. The extras are located under the bathroom sink. We are local and just minutes away so when guests call and need things we are very quick to respond to any requests or problems. So sorry again your stay wasn’t as you expected.

Thank you for your review. We do have bathroom hooks behind the bathroom doors, and a towel bar in the bathroom and just outside of the bath. Being tiny our spaces are very limited. We do have the bench for guests to put luggage on and a closet with hangers. Thanks again for staying.
