The photos speak for themselves. Experience Colorado Springs with your partner or group in this tastefully updated century home. A high-end kitchen, designer furnishings, 4 BR's, 2 baths, and heated tile floors, as well as multiple intimate outdoor gathering areas - featuring a new hot tub, gas fire pit, hammock chair, porch swing, and a gas grill. Close to everything COS has to offer if you want, but you might not ever want to leave. Welcome to Three Oaks.

Please read entirely so you have a good idea of what you are booking, as we will stick to our cancellation policy.

We provide a high chair, baby gate, and portable crib for your convenience. In addition to the two kings and two queen beds, we also have a queen blow up air mattress.

We have a security camera facing both the front and back doors to monitor traffic. Both are outside and will be on during your stay.

If you are interested in an early check in or late checkout, please inquire on the day of your booking. We would need to hire an additional cleaner for $180.

We do require an additional $50 per person per night, for any guest over our standard 8 count.

We are now accepting dogs! There will be dog bowls, bathroom bags, and a leash provided for you during your stay. Please be sure to include your pet in your guest list when booking. If not, upon arrival we will be immediately requesting the pet fee.
Please read the following rules for your furry friend:
-- You must clean up after your pet outside and inside. If we find any pet poop around or in the property, you will be charged a $250 "pet poop pickup fee."
-- Please do not leave your pet unattended or alone in the house, unless crated.
-- Please do not allow your pet in the hot tub or on our furniture.
-- You are responsible if there is any damage to the property from your pet during your stay.

Pet Fees:
-- One night stay is $75
-- 2-7 night stay is $150
-- 8+ nights is $250
-- If bringing two pets, we do require an additional $50 to the pet fee.

This house is a great balance of charm, good design, and functionality. It’s everything you would want in a vacation rental. It is clean, well equipped, nicely maintained, and has good design features that make it more memorable and interesting than a typical rental. Would highly recommend.

Perfect fit!

I stayed here for a work trip with 2 co-workers. The house was perfect for the 3 of us and was very clean. We loved the kitchen and back deck. There was a nice park nearby that we walked to as well. Thank you for a lovely experience. Highly recommend!

Sister Weekend

This house is so beautiful and has awesome accommodations!! It was perfect for myself and my three sisters!! We were close to hiking, coffee shops and restaurants! We loved it!! The owners thought of everything you’d want in a home away from home!!

Ladies weekend

Enjoyable stay for ladies weekend. Our group of friends were very pleased with the home. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and big kitchen table. Close driving location to Garden of the Gods and the down town shopping areas.

Great place to see Colorado Springs

Property was lovely. Great backyard with deck, fire pit and hottub. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Very clean, modern and extremely well stocked. Great location too!!!

A little piece of Heaven!

This home was better than we could have imagined. It was so welcoming, cozy, comfortable, and beautiful. There was such a wonderful, warm energy and every member of our family loved staying here. Our Texas family of 5 highly recommends this property!

Just what we needed

The property is not only historic and lovely, but situated near local attractions. It is equipped with everything we needed, including small breakfast items, coffee and hot tea. The hot tub was enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would recommend for families and couples.

Colorado Springs Vacation

This property was wonderful. The location was great and the house was beautiful and spacious for the 6 of us that stayed there. We were able to get to many activities and restaurants easily in Colorado Springs. The hosts were very easy to contact and wanted to make sure that our stay was great. CO Springs Taekwondo Trip 1

This was one of the nicest stays I’ve had. Everything was so clean and well maintained. We enjoyed all of the amenities and the neighborhood. The beds and home furnishings were comfortable and well equipped. The hosts are very helpful before and during our stay. We will be back.

Comfortable, Convenient and Welcoming

From the first moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The lights were on for our late arrival. Drinks and snacks provided as well. Incredibly comfortable and clean home. Everything you could need or want for an extended stay. Not a single complaint other than we didn't have time to enjoy the hot tub and fire pit! We will be staying here again as it was conveniently located to Downtown, Old Town, shops and restaurants. Safe and lovely area. We had coffee/breakfast multiple times just down the road, walking distance. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home

The house has been beautifully redone and the little touches were special. (Razors, toothbrushes, toothpaste in case you forgot yours. Snacks in the kitchen)

Fabulous property

We had an amazing stay at this property in Colorado Springs. It was very clean and centrally located. They thought of everything, ie luggage racks, hooks everywhere for towels, coats, etc, towels specifically for hot tub, anything one could need in the kitchen, toiletry items, including toothbrushes and toothpaste, if you forgot yours, etc. The owners were super responsive and available to answer questions, as needed. No complaints at all and would certainly stay here again. Thanks again for a great stay!!

Colorado Springs get away

We had a great time at this property. Everything was so nice, clean, and just as the pictures showed. Special touches such as fresh ground coffee, snacks, etc. We had a couple questions and Jonathan and Kelly were very quick to respond. The neighborhood is very nice and centrally located to shopping, restaurants, Garden of the Gods, The Broadmoor, etc. Thanks so much, we hope to come back sometime. Bruce and Pam

Incredible Experience

Our family visited Colorado Springs for my Father's memorial service and this house could not have been more perfect to accommodate everyone. We had a great family evening cooking smores and sitting in the hot tub. The landlord was so helpful, all the way to assisting with finding a babysitter. We thank you for providing such a beautiful and fully equipped sanctuary during such a sad time.

Family Vacation Home Base

Great home for my family of five vacation to Colorado Springs. Each of my three teenage daughters had their own bed which they loved. The house was immaculate and looked newly renovated, the beds were very comfortable (probably the best we've ever had) and we used the backyard fire pit and backyard hot tub every night. The owner was super responsive for any questions we had. The location was great and was quiet. Only a mile from downtown where there were great restaurants / coffee and ice cream shops, etc. and very close to the new US Olympic & Paralympic Museum, Garden of the Gods and within 30-60 minutes to zip lines and river rafting. Highly recommend and will stay again whenever in Colorado Springs.

Unforgettable Stay: A Perfect VRBO Experience

Absolutely Fantastic Stay for Our Family Reunion! We recently stayed at this VRBO for a family reunion, with relatives coming together from three different states, and it was perfect! The home comfortably accommodated all of us with its two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs, providing ample space and for everyone. Being a family of 4 staying in the 2 bedrooms upstairs was ok to walk through one bedroom to get to the bathroom at night. The property was immaculate upon arrival – incredibly clean and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit, which provided wonderful opportunities for relaxation and family bonding under the stars. The layout of the house was ideal for our group. The cozy design made it easy for us to have conversations and spend quality time together, whether we were in the kitchen, living room, or dining room. Additionally, the location was fantastic. It offered both convenience and tranquility, allowing us to explore the area while also enjoying peaceful moments at the house. Overall, this VRBO exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it for any family gatherings or group vacations. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place for our family to create lasting memories!
