Magnolia Pointe is a beautiful LAKEFRONT cottage on Lake Santa Fe in Melrose, FL. Lake Santa Fe is a 5,850 acre lake in central Florida that boasts some of the most beautiful lake shoreline Florida has to offer. The lake is a fisherman’s paradise but also the outdoor enthusiast’s dream! Our home is west facing so you will enjoy night after night of picture perfect sunsets framed by Magnolia trees as you look out to the Bald Cypress tree lined waters. You can enjoy the sunsets from the screened in porch as well as enjoy a cocktail while sitting on the boat dock as the sun sets.

Lake Santa Fe is home to an abundant array of wildlife. A fisherman’s paradise with Largmouth Bass, Striped Bass, and Sunshine Bass just off the dock. Birds are also plentiful including Cormorants, Loons and ducks, Anhinga, Owls, Hawks, Osprey and even Bald Eagles. Even an occasional otter has been spotted along the shorelines of Lake Santa Fe.

Magnolia Point is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath Lakefront “bay-style” cottage with windows to frame your view to the lake. It sleeps 8 people total. Sleeps 6 in beds along with additional accommodations located in the office space for a Murphy Bed to sleep 2. This property is a nature lovers paradise. It is equipped with AC, a full kitchen, ceiling fans in each room and wireless internet.We have games and cards as well as a book exchange to enjoy after a day out on the lake. There is also corn hole for the back yard, a propane gas grill, located on our inviting outdoor patio and golf style folding chairs to reside on the dock. Relax on the porch in the afternoon on our swing bed or one of our rocking chairs and enjoy the peace and quiet of this beautiful location!

***There will be no access to boat lift on private dock.
***Please feel free to bring your own boat. Renters have the ability to tie off boats along the private dock for the day. Not recommended to keep boats tied alongside the boat dock overnight due to weather.

***Magnolia Pointe is located within a quiet neighborhood with very limited parking. As a result no parties, events, or gatherings are permitted on the premises. Please respect the serenity of this property and it’s surrounding area. No exceptions.
