Luxurious Family Home, Just 8 mins from Disneyland

Hello! Welcome to Airbnb and thank you for viewing our home! If you are looking for a spacious, comfortable home for your next stay in Orange County, our home may be for you! We take pride in keeping our home clean, well-stocked with amenities and fully functional to maximize your enjoyment level and keep your stress low. It is our hopes that when you stay with us, you will have many smiles and great memories with your loved ones!

Our home is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood. It is meant for families that will be planning to relax, sit back and enjoy its comfort. Our home is not a suitable home for weddings, parties or other big events as we would like to maintain an amiable relationship with our neighbors.

With our keypad self check-in, you will enter into a 2600 sq ft home. Newly remodeled with all brand new appliances with fashionable, glamorous home décor, this home will both soothe and excite! It has soaring ceilings, abundance of natural light, openness and spaciousness. Please do enjoy a glass of wine in our dazzling living room, play a game of foosball in our family room, soak in our huge master bath tub with our bath salts and bath bombs or just chillax in our gazebo covered living area in our backyard. There’s bound to be a nook for everyone!

We have one king bed, three queen beds, and four single beds that are single rollaway beds that you can place in any room! Single rollaway beds are stored in the closet. Rollaway beds are not made unless requested.
- Must be 25 years of age to book
- Only guest allowed on property are those on the reservation unless authorized by host. Only two pets per stay.
- Please do not move furniture
- Do not use countertops as cutting board
- Please do not put oil, nuts, shells, coffee grounds, animal bones or other hard items in garbage disposal
- Please empty link filter in dryer after each use
- Turn off lights/fans/AC when not in use
- Keep doors and garages closed at all times so mice won`t come inside. Fruit trees in the neighborhood can attract furry friends.
- No more than 5 cars on the premise
- Please do not park on the street for more than 24 hours
- Please pull trash bins out on Sunday night
- Please pull trash bins in on Monday night
- Lock all doors and windows at night for your safety
- Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am
- Please be considerate and courteous to the neighbors
- No smoking inside the premises.
- If our home smells like marijuana or cigarettes or marijuana/cigarette butts are found upon checkout, there will be an extra cleaning fee charge of $250
- No drugs / excessive alcohol consumption
- No events or parties are allowed.
- Owners are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items
- Owners are not responsible for any guest injuries, accidents or illnesses
- Tenants who receive 2 complaints from neighbors or 1 police report will be asked to leave without refund and will be fined their security deposit.
- We do have security cameras at both front and back entrances of our home.
