Solaris Beach House is a luxurious double-level beachfront villa situated between Holetown and the renowned Mullins Beach. Designed with a focus on outdoor living, the villa features alfresco dining and living areas, along with a large private deck. The deck includes loungers, a cabana, a private bar, a games area with table tennis, and direct, private access to the beach. This modern, eco-friendly villa was designed by renowned international designer Celia Sawyer.

Inside the villa are five en-suite double bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have direct sea views and a private balcony area.

Bedroom 1: Offering magnificent sea views, this bedroom features a super king bed, a spacious balcony, a dressing room, a separate WC, and a large modern bathroom with a shower/bath combination and twin vanity units.

Bedroom 2: Like Bedroom 1, this room offers superb sea views. It features a super king bed, a spacious balcony, a walk-in wardrobe, and a large modern bathroom with twin vanity units, a generous shower, and a WC.

Bedroom 3: Located at the rear of the upper level, this room features a king bed and a large cupboard with hanging space and storage. The spacious bathroom includes a bath, shower, and twin sinks.

Bedroom 4: Located at the rear of the lower level, this room features a king bed and a large cupboard with hanging space and storage. The spacious modern bathroom includes a bath, shower, and twin sinks.

Bedroom 5: Located on the lower level at the rear of the house, this room features a king bed. The modern bathroom includes a shower, vanity unit, and WC. There is also hanging and storage space, along with a chest of drawers.

Media Room: Located on the lower level at the front of the house, the interior living/media room is designed for both work and play. It features a large screen with Apple TV and WD Live, along with a selection of board games. A very comfortable sofa bed is also available, should it be needed. For those who need to work, there is a desk with a direct internet connection. The room offers the added benefit of stunning deck and sea views, allowing you to enjoy the scenery even while working.

Gym / Fitness Room: Located on the lower level, the gym is equipped with a fitness bike, treadmill, a selection of free weights, a bench, exercise mats, an exercise ball, and various fitness accessories.

Kitchen: The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, featuring a reverse osmosis water filter, microwave, double oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, wine chiller, 240V toaster and kettle, coffee percolator, and rice steamer.

Our concierge team can also arrange airport transfers, pre-stocking of the villa, restaurant reservations, car hire, watersports & catamaran hire to collect guests from the beach directly in front of the villa and more.

Cheryl is the main housekeeper/cook.

There is a clothes dryer and washing machine in the utility room. The in-house team typically carry out all washing and drying.
