Enjoy the Country Farmhouse with your family and friends. It is a private home on 12 acres. The Lemhi River runs the length of the property giving you full frontage access. Enjoy a walk along the river, or a cup of coffee on the deck and watch the wildlife in the mornings or the peaceful quiet evenings. The home is completely remodeled with beautiful granite countertops, knotty pine cabinets, and refreshing new bathrooms. You will love the large windows displaying the amazing Salmon scenery.

This is my second time staying here and it’s just wonderful. Tracy is incredible and very communicative. I had a very large group this year and last year and her home was perfect. Part of my group stayed in the two bunkhouses and they said it was wonderful. True gem in salmon

Family week

This house was perfect for a family gathering and retirement celebration that included young kids. The house was very comfortable and the kitchen was well outfitted and great to cook in. We enjoyed the hot tub and the kids liked the swing set and running around the yard.

Perfect house to reconnect with friends

Perfect place for our group size (9 ppl). The enormous couch was great for watching the Superbowl and the hot tub was awesome to come home too after a full ski day at Lost Trail. Would absolutely rent this again for our annual trip next year!

The house was lovely. Had everything we needed. The heat unfortunately went out but Tracy had space heaters available and refunded us one night. She was very helpful and apologetic. Would definitely stay again

Perfect little house for our big family!

This house was a perfect layout for a big family. The open concept kitchen and living room was large enough for all to gather together. Bedrooms were small but completely sufficient. All finishes were new and comfortable. We're already planning our next stay!

Perfect Stay

We had so much fun at this cute house! It was so clean, and there was so much space! The big kitchen was nice! The house was well stocked with all the essentials. There were many smart home features as well that were fun. The property is really pretty! Everyone in our group said their beds were so comfy. The host was great and always responded quickly. We would 100% stay here again!

Perfect house

Stayed in Salmon for a wedding. This was a perfect home for us. Tracy was an amazing host. She responded super fast, friendly, and provided a great home for my family to stay. The ping pong and pool tables were a great addition! We spent time in the garage laughing, talking, and playing pool and ping pong. Definitely recommend this home and Tracy as a host.

We really enjoyed our time at the house. Check in and out was very easy. The house has been completely redone and very clean. The Kitchen and gathering area are really large so plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for any meal. The beds good and linens soft. We really appreciated the Christmas tree and decorations. And the homemade pie waiting for us was a delight! We hopefully will be coming back to stay!

Perfect Location in Salmon, ID

We would love to rent this home again! Plenty of rooms/beds for a large group or family just wanting some space. We loved that the kitchen/dining/family room were one large room with plenty of sitting space for all of us to spend quality time together and that there were several bedrooms were we could hide for some privacy as well. The beds were comfortable and closets had extra bedding/blankets. Bathrooms were clean, cozy and showerheads were awesome with plenty of clean towels. Kitchen was fully equipped and well stocked. Hot tub was clean and hot! Wifi worked great! Our favorite part were the little touches that make big impressions...our host had left us a local treat from the Amish store on the table as well as a goodie in the fridge. Our host was available all weekend for any questions we had, as well as upon arrival there was a simple binder we could refer to. It was nice to be able to do laundry on site, as well. We would love to rent again for a family reunion or any type of get together. Location is just barely out of town and worth the solitude.

We enjoyed ourselves so much last year we came back again this year. The house has plenty of room. It is the best well stocked place I have stayed at. The kitchen and house has everything you need to enjoy your stay and is super clean! Communication and check in are a breeze. Thanks!
