With two complete bedrooms, this lovely resort condo is the perfect place to celebrate a vacation to the Gulf of Mexico with someone you love! Kick back in the shared pool after a long hot-weather hike then take the elevator up to easily access this fifth-floor suite. The living room is bright and spacious, with balcony access and a flatscreen TV for watching your favorite movies and shows. You'll love the resort's direct beach access, especially when you want to take those long walks along the shoreline.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Pros: Condo was extremely clean. Beach views are nice, unobstructed. Two overall stars are for these pros.Cons: There are no blackout curtains, so it gets VERY bright in the early morning. Most of the pots and pans are scratched-up, nonstick pots and pans, so perhaps bring your own wares if you intend on cooking. The worst was there was only one working elevator during our trip. On the morning of checkout, we had no working elevators. Property manager expected us to check out by 2PM despite no working elevator.

The condo itself was nice. The rest of the stay wasn't. For starters half the parking spots are labeled owner and therefore guess have to park alot further and fight for parking spots. I have been going to Florida beaches for years. I always put my tent right by the water first thing in the morning because one of my favorite things to do in sit right by the water with the family. Got a warning put on my tent telling me to move it back half way up the beach. On top of that, this is not a Florida beach so save your money if you want to go to a real emerald water beach. Me and family had to pack our beach stuff and drive 20 minutes down the road to perdido beach in Florida to actually have a good time. My recommendation drop a extra 20 minutes and get a condo in perdido key.

Keep looking

We were quite disappointed in our stay. There were five of us, and we were only given one washcloth. We were not given more washcloths until the middle of the next day. Also, there were no blankets in the room. The sofa bed had an extra set of sheets but no blanket. There were also no blankets on the beds just a cover that was thinner than the sheet itself. When I asked for blankets, we were told blankets did not come with the condo. We actually covered ourselves with our beach towels. In addition, the dishes had caked on food on them as well as the utensils. The elevator was being repaired for the entire week we were there, but that is not the owner of the condos fault. However, I would not stay again.

Total aggravation

This property is listes as ADA accessible yet, i was unable to get my beach chair off the boardwalk. Spent most of my vacation trying to get the boardwalk fixed. Paid to rent the sand chair of which was money wasted. Was promised it would be fixed just to be on the phone several times again next day over this matter. Was not able to enjoy my stay at all and believe i am entitled compensation for all my troubles. I trveled from southern Indiana for this total aggravation. The boardwalk was extremely dangerous. I am angry. And this site doesnt work good enough to post pics. But i will keep trying. HOA will be hearing from me and my attorney

Totally Aggravated

This place is listed as ADA accessible yet, could not get sand wheelchair out to beach. Was unable to visit the beach of which was purpose of going to beach. There was a foot drop off at end of the boardwalk/beach access from condo to beach. Paid for a sand wheelchair or buggy, whatever you wish to call it and couldn't even get it off the ramp but to ramp not being maintained. Talked with Vacasa every day and maintenance as well Was promised it would be fixed on my second day there. Nope, it wasn't done. I tried to take the buggy out to beach and darn near ended up with it on top of me due to what laziness had been done to the ramp. There was not a ramp built until night before our stay ended and it stormed fron 4pm until next day. I washed my money o this wheelchair of which I could not use and my vacation was ruined. I could not get.out to the beach. I spent several hours each day on phone discussing this issue and receiving promises that were not fulfilled. The ramp they finally built is still dangerous.. I am the second family in a week that had their vacation ruin because of this same situation at this place. We are both entitled to compensation. My attorney will be contacting you if not resolved and compensated. Hopefully they do the same.

Pictures aren’t accurate

The furniture needs to be updated. They only put sheets on the bed and there are no blankets in the unit. It was late when we arrived the first night and we were all cold without blankets. I reached out the next morning to request them. We finally got them after 7 pm. I ended up buying blankets because I was afraid we wouldn’t get them due to the answering service not being able to update me throughout the day. However, they did eventually get them to us. There is no coffee pot, only a Keurig. The pictures do not accurately represent the condition of the furniture or unit overall. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Lovely view and easy access to parking. Basic amenities are provided. Bring your own Broom/Mop and Blankets for the beds. The coffee maker is an older Filter and Brew type and Not a Keurig as advertised.

Great location!

This condo is in a perfect location to all of the happenings. Its just steps from the ocean and in walking distance of great restaurants. Checkin was easy! There aren't any humans to deal with when you get there. Just plug in your key code to the door of your condo. This condo over looks the pool area too. My only 2 negatives were a smell in the condo and no actual blankets to sleep with. There was a strong musty odor as soon as you open the door. It wasn't an un clean smell just musty and STRONG. There also was not any blankets on the beds. There was a heavy silk "sheet" that was on top of all the beds. Luckily I brought a blanket from home, but it was only one blanket and there were 4 of us. Overall it was a clean condo with a perfect location to boot. I would stay here again.
