The farmhouse is composed on the first floor of a kitchen that will appeal to all enthusiasts, and a dining room with sofa overlooking the outdoor terrace, all on more than 45 m2.
Past the huge door there is a living room with sofas and TV where you can cool off, with or without air conditioning, a library with children's games and a double bedroom with shower room and a toilet.
On the 1st floor you will appreciate the large master bedroom and its bathroom with en-suite toilet.
On the same landing, two other bedrooms with double bed for one and a comfortable sofa bed for the other will allow you to enjoy a beautiful view of the garden thanks to a south-facing balcony. Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, as well as a toilet and a coffee area with fridge complete this floor.
