La Tourelle aux hirondelles

A village house located in the historic center of Entrecasteaux. The "Swallow Tower" invites you to discover the Provençal way of life and lives up to its name with its staircases leading all the way up to the eaves, where you can admire the swallows’ nests clinging to the rafters. Close to shops (brasserie, ice cream shop, bakery, butcher shop, art gallery…), the Château and its French-style garden (open Sundays and on holidays from Easter through the end of June, and every day except Saturdays through the end of September), La Bresque and its well-maintained trail, which offers a 1,000-meter walk along the river from the waterfall at the D50 bridge (fishing spot, picnic tables, water fountain, “fishing info point”). Park your vehicle at the entrance to the cottage to drop off your luggage, then park in the public parking lot 100 meters away. At the main entrance on the south side: (3 steps) entryway, restroom with sink, closet, broom closet, stairs leading down to a vaulted stone room converted into a small lounge/bar area opening onto a front porch with a small terrace and garden furniture—an invitation to relax on the porch overlooking a quiet and picturesque cobblestone alley. From the entrance, you can also take a staircase to the first floor, which features a double bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed, a terracotta shower, and a sink. On the second floor is the main room with a kitchenette (oven, top-mounted refrigerator, 4-burner electric cooktop, sink), a dining table, and a loft under the eaves that opens onto the kitchen, featuring a sofa bed and a TV. Rate includes utilities, bed linens and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning, and heating.
