Welcome to our cocooning apartment "O'fil du Doubs" offering an unobstructed view of the Doubs.<br><br>Located in the heart of the village of Labergement-Sainte-Marie, close to all shops, Lake Remoray and only 17km from Switzerland, our 70m² accommodation consists of:<br>- a bright living room with fitted kitchen open to the living room<br>- a balcony<br>- two bedrooms with double bed, storage space and access to the balcony<br>- a bathroom with bathtub<br>- separate toilets with washbasin<br>- parking spaces at the bottom of the building.<br><br>Our apartment has several facilities: televisions in the living room and one of the bedrooms, Wi-Fi, heating, electric shutters, washing machine, barbecue, garden furniture, equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette set and fondue set). Linen is also provided (sheets, towels, towels).<br><br>Our apartment is designed to accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Parties are strictly forbidden and we unfortunately do not accept pets. It is also forbidden to smoke inside the accommodation (although it is possible to smoke on the balcony).<br><br>Check-in between 17:00 and 22:00 (hand-off of keys) and check-out before 11:00.<br><br>Stay in this quiet and comfortable setting, ideal for a weekend or a holiday in Burgundy-Franche-Comté!
