Thanks for visiting our listing. This professionally furnished two year old condo is your comfortable place to relax by the pool, play golf, play tennis and bocce.

The fully furnished condominium is part of a beautiful Lakewood National Resort Golf community. The community comes with access to (2) Arnold Palmer designed Golf Courses. The condo overlooks the #1 hole on The Commander course and has spectacular sunsets. In addition to the satellite pool, the clubhouse has a resort pool with a separate lap pool, eight clay tennis courts, a poolside café, a full-service spa and more. We are sure you and your family will be excited to spend your vacation here.

The fully furnished condo has every amenity needed for your next relaxing vacation. A full kitchen, a formal dining table that seats four, and a granite center island with bar stools for casual dining. This space flows right into the living area so you can feel connected to your loved ones while cooking. The living room is fully furnished with clean, comfortable furniture with a 65" Smart TV. The living room and the dining room provide a beautiful view of the golf course. From the living room you can access the lanai which is the perfect spot to watch the amazing sunsets.

The master suite comes with a king size bed and a second Smart TV for your privacy. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed next to a full common bathroom.

For your convenience we also offer high speed wi-fi, keypad locks on the front door, and a separate enclosed 1 car garage room equipped with beach and pool gear.

There will be a transfer fee of $214 the guests have to pay, this included use of the amenities and a golf membership to you, for the entire length of your stay. You only need to pay the cart fee of $25 (18 holes) and $14 (9 holes) each time you want to play. The rates for a regular nonmember are currently $150 in season, and $75 off season.
