The grand home provides 3,031 square feet of living space over two levels, with five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, to easily sleep up to 12 guests in true comfort - great for larger groups.

Entering through the front door, you will be greeted by a split floor plan. Taking a few steps through a hallway, puts you into the home's great room holding the main living spaces: living room, kitchen and dining room.

Living Room: Cozy and plush mountain contemporary furnishings will let you settle back in complete relaxation around a gas fireplace. Plus, there's a 65” Smart TV for your enjoyment.

Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen space is fully equipped with high-end stainless-steel appliances, including a wine fridge, and open shelving. The large space also offers bar seating for four and plenty of counter space – perfect for meal prep and entertaining.

Pool Room: This entertaining room is adjacent to the kitchen and has a pool table and bar seating for four —a great spot for après ski snacks and beverages.

Dining Area: The dining area features an attractive wood table with bench seating for up to 10 diners. There is access to the backyard patio through the slider door.

Family/Entertainment Room: This delightful “bonus” room features a comfy couch and chairs, and a 75” Smart TV with cable programing and Apple TV, and a Sonos soundbar. There is also an arcade table rounding out this fun space!

Master Bedroom 2 (Main level) – King bed, Smart TV, and the private bathroom features a large tile and glass shower.

Master Bedroom 3 (Upper level) - King bed, 43” Smart TV, balcony access, and the private bathroom featuring two sinks, a shower / tub combo.

Bedroom 4 (Upper level) - Queen bed, 32” Smart TV, access to a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with double sinks and a tile shower.
