Completely remodeled home made of old growth timber with breathtaking views of lake Sammamish, Cascade mountains, and state park from every room in the house. The entire house is yours! Indoor wood fireplace, outdoor fire pit, gas grill, patio and a large private deck. Take a beautiful nature walk to the lake -brand new dock and diving board. Bring your speed boat, kayaks and paddle boards or swim and enjoy. The entire property has tastefully been updated to be worthy of such a natural beauty, a true paradise! This building was custom built for the first female mayor of Bellevue (Nancy Campbell).

The property is .78 ac, one of the largest for private family living on Lake Sammamish. The nature trails on the property, the beach, the dock and diving board are shared with the owner and his guests and occasional visits by landscapers and contractors for repairs and maintenance. At no time during your stay anyone else would be allowed inside the property unless it’s for emergency reasons or requested by you.

If you plan to have an event or gathering that would exceed 10 people, you must request permission from the owner and may also require additional group fee.

Perfect location

We had 3 teenage boys playing at 60 Acres Park and chose this home as our base for the week. Hard to argue with a lakefront location and the Florida boys enjoyed their post game 'Polar Plunge'. Their favorite part was the dock and diving board. Clean, comfortable and in a great location. We loved meeting Hamid and he is a great guy. The house has a view to die for and was comfortably appointed, clean and well stocked with towels, beach shoes and spices. It is extremely livable and not too fancy. Perfect place to enjoy the views and to cool off in the summer. Even though it wasn't that cold, we had to make a fire in the firepit. The grill on the deck was wonderful, too. I'd 100% stay here again.

Magical Sammamish

The views of the lake, with snow capped Cascades in the distance and clouds rolling over the peaks made it feel like a fairytale. Hamid, our host, is an absolute gentleman attentive and helpful. The home was warm and clean and offered the quintessential cabin feel.

The Most Exciting Trip Of Our Lifetime!

Us Michiganders had a Thanksgiving week planned to visit our son who loves in Seattle. Unfortunately, it was the week of the "bomb cyclone" weather and massive trees were down everywhere. No power. The owner of this property went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort. Hand-delivered coffee, check. Tons of firewood-check. And I haven't even started on the views. We plan on making this an annual trip. But next time with heat the entire time! Fire place and fire pit were amazing. Kitchen super stocked. We cooked the whole Thanksgiving Dinner on property (power was back on).

Beautiful Lake Sammamish Home

We booked this beautiful waterfront home for myself and brothers to stay in the weekend of my wedding. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Washington summer. The house feels like a cottage perched on a bluff overlooking the water with a beautiful pebble beach and dock for swimming. The house was pretty clean and everything worked out perfectly. Hamid’s communication and instructions were great. I would highly recommend this house for a relaxing weekend summer or winter in Washington. The only downside was the two rooms with double beds instead of queens and the fact that the beach, garden and dock are all shared with other guests. Not a big deal as everyone was friendly but not 100% private.

Perfect Stay for a Bachelorette Party with Stunning Lake Views

We stayed at this beautiful rental property in Bellevue, Washington, for a bachelorette party, and it exceeded all our expectations. The view of the lake was stunning, and the outdoor space was fantastic, with easy access to a dock and comfortable seating. The spacious bedrooms comfortably accommodated our group of out-of-town guests. The place was spotless, and the host was incredibly responsive before, during, and after our stay. Great stay at the lake house, enjoyed both the lake and house. it has everything we need yo enjoy with our friends. The location is great, certainly located near the stores & restaurants. The owner is very friendly and helpful with all our needs, will definitely come back again.

Beautiful, quiet sanctuary

Mother’s Day weekend and we three retired ladies needed rest and refreshment. We had gorgeous weather and sat on the deck for hours watching as Bald Eagles, Great Blue Heron, and numerous other birds flew near the lake shore. Numerous watercraft were on the lake. We were treated to watching Crew boats row by and shivered as we watched skilled water skiers in wet suits show off their skills. The home is very nicely furnished and very comfy with AC in each bedroom making sleeping very pleasant on warm nights. The bathrooms have plenty of towels. The washer and dryer are readily accessible. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped. The only thing not furnished were binoculars to better watch the birds and boats.

Great Stay!

My husband and I had a great stay at Hamid's property! The view of the lake is gorgeous, and it was fun seeing how it changed with different weather (rainy, foggy, clear but cloudy, sunny). We also used the fireplace inside a couple times. It is a wonderful homey touch. The shower was great. Hot sauce stocked in the fridge. Hamid was a great host and responded to any messages promptly. He even let us know how conditions were on Crystal Mountain when he was there skiing with his son which was very helpful when planning our ski day.

Beautiful Location!

My family came and stayed for a weekend getaway. It was a beautiful location on the lake. We saw bald eagles and other birds. It was so nice to have a fireplace and a fire pit right outside the back door.

This property was nothing short of breathtaking. Exactly like the listing and then some in person. The house was clean and up to date. The only challenge was finding it initially because it’s hidden behind another house and can’t be seen from the road- but that was stated in the listing. Hamid was a super host, allowed a early check in, came down and met in person to give a walk through. We had a small gathering and he was so helpful with parking and provided some extra chairs. Lovely person. Would recommend this place hands down and will use it again when family is in town.

But my passion has always been in buildings. I recently built a new house on lake Sammamish. My old house also on the lake has a certain magical beauty that compelled me to remodel and preserve its magic instead of replacing it with a new house. I’m sure you would instantly fall in love with this place.

This house is made of old growth timber. Historically this house was designed and built for Nancy ‘Nan’ Campbell, the famous first female mayor of Bellevue. Nan was famous as an early day environmentalist who was notable in protecting the water and the environment. She and her husband Bruce designed, built and lived in this house for about 50 years.

It is truly a gem where nature, history and modern meet in the most spectacular way! It has a huge private deck with unobstructed south-east view of the cascades and lake Sammamish. Welcome to anchor your boat or bring your paddling gear for a truly unforgettable journey. Kayaks and paddle boards can be rented as well.

Ideal for families and friends, larger groups, smaller groups, working groups and organizations, events and ceremonies as well. This unique property on lake Sammamish can accommodate several cars, RV and more.
