I am so glad you had a good stay. Yes, the landscaping needs work but we are about to start a project of rebuilding the seawall. It was damaged in all the hurricanes. New dock and landscaping will be part of that project.

Thanks for the feedback. As you can imagine, there was a great deal of damage to the property due to Hurricane Ian. There used to be a fence between our property and the restaurant but it got destroyed in the hurricane. The restaurant needed the space to access the side of their property to make their repairs. The city took a long time to give them their permits so they only recently reopened. We plan to rebuild the fence and will be doing so soon. Thanks for staying with us and we hope to see you again. Linda, I am sorry your stay was disappointing. I did reach out to you today, but your voicemail was not set up, and you did not respond to my texts. You stated that the listing did not mention a drive to the beach. However, it very clearly states the distances in driving time to several beaches. They are listed a short distance down under the pictures of the unit, right beside the map of the area. In addition, this information is listed again when you click on "see all about this area", which is directly under this first list of beaches. As for the inside of the unit, I am sorry it did not fit your taste. We have the Inn decorated in a style that all of our guests have appreciated since before our rebuild following Hurricane Ian. As I stated in my text, I would love to have you return in the future. I would offer you a discounted rate in one of our larger rooms so you can have a different experience. Contact me anytime. Louise
