The Lower Level of the home offers up a large game room w/wet bar, mini fridge, and pool table. Additionally, in the game room, there is a large smart TV and plenty of seating for movie/game nights. If you head outside from the game room, you will find the private, covered outside shower and grilling space. This area gives way to the heated (w/fee) pool and new hot tub. Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, there is less through traffic than on the main roads in Corolla Light. NEW FOR 2025 - Second refrigerator located on the ground level (near the pool).
