NH4912 Modern, Community Pool, Quick walk to beach! Hot tub!

Located on the oceanside in Seven Sisters, close to local dining, shopping, and a community pool, Beach Nutz has all the amenities for the perfect coastal getaway. Included with your stay is access to the oceanfront bathhouse at Loggerhead Street and the Seven Sisters community pool, which is for the private use of Seven Sisters owners and guests. The bathhouse offers showers, bathrooms, sun decks, and a gazebo, all of which are handicap accessible. With this rental, you also gain access to two nearby sound side parks that feature piers extending into the Roanoke Sounds. This is the perfect place to watch the sunset or enjoy calmer water activities such as paddle boarding, fishing, kayaking, swimming, or sailing. If you don't have your own equipment there are several local companies offering rentals.

Optional Linen Package $375 plus tax (Beds Made and 12 Bath Sets)

The Seven Sisters community pool is located on Katie Court and is a short walk from the beach access at Loggerhead Street. The pool is open 10am to 8pm from early May through late September, weather permitting.

Ground Level: Game Room w/Bunk Set and mini refrigerator, Multi-Game Arcade Table for 2, Full Bath, access to Hot Tub & Tiki Bar.

First Level: Bedroom w/Queen, Bedroom w/Queen, Bedroom w/King, Bedroom w/Pyramid Bunk w/Trundle & Bunk Set, Two Full Baths, Washer & Dryer.

Second Level: Great Room w/Gas Fireplace, Half Bath, Renovated Kitchen (2024), Dining Areas, King bedroom w/Private Bath.

Additional amenities: Military/Senior/Fire/Police/EMT Discount 5%, Crock Pot, Ice Maker, Keurig, High Chair, Pack-N-Play, Mini Fridge, Deck Furniture, Picnic Table, Under the Counter Icemaker

The rental property was absolutely fantastic. Worked well for 10 adults, very clean and well-maintained. Super convenient to the beach, grocery stores and other essentials. Really enjoyed the open floor plan on the top floor for all 10 of us.Only complaint is to be aware that even the basics such as salt and pepper will have to be furnished by the renter. This includes hand soap for the bathrooms.

Spacious home, well-equipped

Nine of us stayed at this property over the holiday weekend. It is beautiful. It is very close to everything you need. The beach is just a step away.

Nags Head family reunion

Great house! Clean, well appointed, close to everything. We didn't love the busy road behind us, but otherwise the place couldn't be better! Also, there's no recycling bin on the property.

Reviewer Comments: Excellent house, clean, good communications with the rental company, great App, equipped really well (beach chairs, games, books, etc....) . Loved the stay - really enjoyed it. Only downside was a bit noisy as it is by a main road, but it is a minor inconvenience. I would highly recommend - close to the beach and restaurants - just an awesome place to stay!

Good Location & House

Our family really enjoyed the Beach Nutz house! The living space & kitchen area were large enough to host our big family all at once. The location was great - super close walk to the beach and pool and plenty of parking space! The only thing we wish were different was the lack of toilet paper and paper towels. We received one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels for 7 days. When you have a big group of people, that is definitely not enough for the whole week! Other than that, the stay was great and would recommend this house for others.

Perfect multi-family home

The bunk bed room was a hit with the kids and the other bedrooms were comfortable for the parents. Having the large great room upstairs made it easy to cook, eat, and play all together. The easy walk to the beach and the pool was convenient for all of us, and it was very helpful to have chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys at our disposal. The neighborhood was safe for young ones riding bikes. This was really perfect for us.

We love the house - it is so close to everything. Nags Head is such a relaxing place. Not so much commercialism. This house is very close to the beach. One of the things we really liked was the community pool. I was told that it would be open this year, but it was not. I had some very disappointed grandchildren.

Met all our needs; a few limitations

The house had all we needed. Beach, hot tub, and pool access was excellent. The limits were relatively minor. (1) sitting outside there was a fair amount of noise from highway 158 (no problem inside). (2) the parking lot south of the house has flood lights that made the bedrooms facing south light at night. Room darkening curtains would help. (3) A garbage disposal would be nice. Communications and help from Coastal Realty was excellent.

Good house for families

We enjoyed our stay. The house is well-stocked including beach chairs, boogie boards, games, books, kitchen supplies and grills, and it has multiple decks on the front and back. The beach is a short-walk across the street and the neighborhood pool is clean and big enough for the kids to enjoy. The layout of the house is good for families and the rooms have lots of windows and light. It would have been nice to have a floor plan ahead of time so we could have planned the room assignments better. The king bed on the middle floor has a buddy bath to the room with the multiple twins. Overall the property appeared clean when we arrived but it became apparent that the floors had been vacuumed but not mopped (black socks/feet). We made a call to the property management company and they sent out a crew at our convenience to do the mopping. The rear view is of the street and shopping center, the front view faced neighboring homes.

The property is very nice. However make sure you buy vacation insurance when renting because we did not and there was a hurricane and the reality agency could care less if you lost your money or not. There is a book there where you can write your experience and the owner of the house states she purchased the home for her family for vacation and it’s all about family. The owner of the home is family oriented but the reality company is not. They stated they are a standard reality company I told them they may want to raise their standards and be more than just standard. The house is very nice and not very far from the beach at all. But the reality company sucks!! Customer service through the reality company was awful!! Buyer beware purchase insurance.

Beach Nuts vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was lovely and spacious. The internet/WiFi in the home was terrible. We brought our Alexa and were unable to use or connect to WiFi. For as much money WiFi/internet should be included. The beach across the street from the home has many shells and sand has deep drop offs. Not suitable for children and parents to enjoy because there is limited visibility to the ocean. There were many huge metal cylinders for beach restoration on both sides in the sand. We ended up drivel daily 6 miles north to Kill Devil Hill for beach access. The water was clear and the sand was soft and level. Driving to another beach access was a major inconvenience. If you go to the beach to go on the beach daily, I don’t recommend this location due to the conditions on the beach.

Thank you taking the time to leave a review. The owners have since rectified the WiFi issue at the home with your notification. The time you stayed was during one of the county's beach nourishment projects. While we realize this can be an inconvenience, it's needed to keep our beaches wide and beautiful. THe beach in this area any other time is just as wonderful as the other areas. We hope to welcome you back in the future.

We had a great vacation

House and location were wonderful. Could not see the ocean but it's close enough to walk across the 2 lane road. Grocery store nearby. Oven in the kitchen didn't not work correctly. Bottom oven never did get to the set temperature. Top oven did tho. So we had to cook everything in the small top one. Other than that the house was great! Plenty of baby gates and high chair! There was a pack and play which was awesome. Would have liked another king size bed instead of 2 queens. But that's because I have grown children that are all married. All in all its a wonderful rental.
