From the entrance of the house, you access a large, bright 40m² living/dining room, equipped with a fireplace that is not for use as it is reserved for Santa Claus. This living space includes a lounge area with a sofa, armchairs, TV, internet access, and board games, as well as a dining area equipped with a table and chairs for enjoying convivial meals. Large bay windows open onto the landscaped, south-facing garden (approximately 600m²), terraces furnished with outdoor furniture and an electric barbecue, and the unheated swimming pool (6.5m x 3.2m), protected by an electric cover.
