La Calade means in old French, "stone", or "calanque".
You have understood, you are in an environment of old stones.

Well installed on your terrace or in front of the swimming pool (10mx4m), listen to the cicadas sing, although being 15 minutes from the emblematic Place de la Comédie (historic center of Montpellier), 30 minutes from the beaches, 15 minutes from 2 lakes and the sources of the Lez, where you can swim and enjoy the magnificent Montpellier hinterland (Pic Saint Loup).

La Calade is an old construction that has been completely rehabilitated in 2024.
With a surface area of more than 220m2, the house has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Bathed in light, it is fully air-conditioned and has a large living space including an ultra-modern open kitchen.

In front of the house, a huge terrace overlooking a totally unobstructed view.

Take a few steps and you will come across another huge terrace and a large swimming pool of more than 10m x 4m.

The land, of 2500m2, has a part in the form of creeks.
Century-old oaks provide shade to the various terraces.

The terraces are equipped with deckchairs, outdoor lounge, tables and plancha.

The price of the stay includes end-of-stay cleaning but not the following optional services:
