However, we were particularly surprised by your comments, as this is the first time we have received such feedback regarding access to the property and the cleanliness of the apartment. Over the years, we have welcomed hundreds of guests and continue to host many travelers who use the exact same self-check-in procedure without any difficulties. We have also received numerous positive reviews highlighting the cleanliness, comfort, and quality of the accommodation. Regarding access to the property, we are especially surprised that you did not contact us by phone if you were unable to enter. We always remain available to assist our guests, and a simple phone call would have allowed us to help resolve the situation immediately. We also note that no issue regarding access was formally reported to us during the stay. Similarly, we were surprised that concerns about the apartment and a request for a refund were only raised after the stay had ended, rather than being brought to our attention during your visit, which would have allowed us to investigate and take corrective action if necessary. We nevertheless appreciate your feedback and will continue to do everything possible to provide the best experience for our guests.
