This huge 3BR/2.5Bath condo has almost 1900 sq feet of luxurious living just steps from the beautiful wide sandy beach in Wildwood Crest, NJ (voted NJ's finest beach for several years in a row by the residents of NJ). This unit sleeps 8 people very comfortably and has a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, two full beds in the third bedroom, and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.

You have a state of the art kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances, flat screen tvs in all rooms, full laundry room with washer and dryer inside the unit, hardwood floors, password protected private WIFI network in the unit, two reserved parking spaces under the unit at ground level, elevator, 24 hour concierge/security, and a huge private deck with with fabulous ocean and bay views. The Coastal Colors community is the premier residence in Wildwood Crest and is located beachfront.

It has a private pool, private kiddie pool, and private adults only hot tub along with a huge grilling area for barbecues. There is a fitness center about 20 feet down the hall, a large game room, a library, private locked beach/pool storage area, and a meeting room for private parties. We only rent to families and mature adults over 25 years old, no smoking or pets allowed, and maximum of 8 persons.

This unit is only available during the peak summer season on a weekly or monthly basis, or for the entire summer season. Please email me for monthly or full season rates.

Wonderful place to stay for a family trip to the shore

We couldn't have asked for more in a condo for our family trip to Wildwood. The place was very clean, spacious, and so close to so many things to do! It is literally RIGHT ON the beach, and also has a beautiful pool which is a great second option to the beach. The pool is very spacious as well, and has plenty of seating for families, along with outdoor grills available for use. The location of the place couldn't be better either, with the beach right there, the boardwalk less than 10 minutes away, and Cape May a 15 minute drive away, there is so much to do (and plenty of great places to eat as well)! All in all, I highly recommend this place as one of the premier places to stay in Wildwood for families of all sizes! We will be back, thank you!

Spectacular condo

Very clean, right on the beach, with a great private pool area. Three large bedrooms and an ocean view from a huge deck. Landlord very responsive and informative. Will definitely rent this condo again.

Relaxing week in a beautiful, spacious unit. Beautiful view. Quiet,well kept, clean.

I have nothing but positive thoughts about Coastal Colors and plan in returning next year! My parents stayed with me. My dad is handicapped and wheelchair bound, but he had no trouble getting around the condo. Very spacious and accommodating. Plenty of cookware. Beautifully decorated rooms.

Beautiful, spacious, impeccably clean condo

This condo was spectacular!! Right off the beach plus 2 pools and a hot tub for after the beach. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with all of the amenities you could possibly need. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!! Highly recommend!!

Loved the Condo!

Loved this condo! Less than a half block to the beach. The condo was impeccably clean, spacious, and had very comfortable beds. Great kitchen, washer/dryer, and in room wifi. Nice gym located just a few feet away on the same floor. Must be a fantastic place for a summer vacation and close to Cape May and the Wildwood boardwalk. I would definitely rent this place again. Owner was very quick to respond to questions.

Beautiful condo in a beautiful setting!!

We were down to spend the weekend exploring historic Cape May. We decided to stay in Wildwood Crest because it is so close to Cape May. The condo was very clean, spacious and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked for meal preparation. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The owner was quick to respond. We would definitely stay in this condo the next time we visit.

Even better than I had hoped

Our family (3 grandparents, 2 parents, and 3 kids) spent a great week at this property. The condo was beautiful and with the high ceilings, seemed bigger than the pictures showed. Access to the condo, pool and other amenities was easy for someone who has trouble getting around. We enjoyed many meals on the balcony, mornings at the beach, afternoons at the pool and even managed to fit in some Boardwalk time. Owner and property manager were helpful and easy to deal with. If we come back to Wildwood Crest, we're absolutely staying here! We took many walks and did not see too many other similar properties.

A Happy Grandma

I would highly recommend this condo for families. It was a great place to gather our adult children and two toddlers. The condo was very clean and well-equipped. The location was perfect. It was great to see and smell the ocean from our deck. For the children, there was a nearby park and also, we used bicycles for four to ride them on the boardwalk. The pool and the ocean were enjoyed by all!! My son-in-law is a great cook and we enjoyed many wonderful dinners at the spacious table and fine kitchen. There are good restaurants nearby, also. The owner was very responsive and Gerry, the manager, is soo helpful! We all look forward to returning this Summer!

Enjoyable stay

My family stayed here for several weeks starting in Sept and leaving in Oct. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Once getting in touch with the owner, the whole process went very smooth. Any calls were promptly answered not only by the owner but also the manager (Gerry) who met us to show us around. She was so accommodating in getting us extra keys. The condo was beautiful & just a relaxing and comfortable place to stay. It came equipped with just about everything you could possibly need. We loved the ocean view from the spacious balcony and used the pool and the hot tub (which helped with my back pain.) My husband was able to keep up his fitness routine in the exercise room. Everything was very clean and pleasant. Although we've been visiting the Wildwood Crest almost every year for the past 30 years, we've always stayed at a hotel until this year and we're so glad we found this condo and look forward to booking this unit for our future visits.

We returned from our vacation yesterday 7/23/11. The condo. was beautiful and spacious enough for all. The balcony was great with a nice view of the ocean from the railing. The "manager" Gerry was extremely personable and friendly. The two times I contacted the owners (prior to our trip) they returned my calls promptly and were more than helpful and kind. I would recommend this property with a five out five star rating.

Great Vacation in Wildwood Crest!

My family had a wonderful vacation staying here, this was our first time back down to the Jersey shore in over 10 years and we couldn't have chosen a better place. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean, fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of space. We were steps from the beach and the pool area was so relaxing and private at the end of our day. We enjoyed many mornings and evenings eating on the deck which is very spacious. We will be back to this condo. The owners were also great to deal with, he was always there to answer any question and always answered his phone. We would highly recommend this condo.
