Your own beautiful 2 level house with 4 bedrooms (3 queen beds, 2 double beds & a twin) and 2.5 baths (1,850 sqft) in Beaverton. Washer/dryer in house with 2 driveway parking spots and street parking. Hard wood floor main level, carpet throughout second level, high ceiling, great nature lighting. Large deck, grill and private backyard facing open field. High speed internet(600mbps). Close to parks, walking trails, shops and restaurants. Minutes away from Intel and Nike, 12 miles to DT Portland.
We have Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and HBO Max subscriptions!
Guest will have the full access to the house, backyard, garage, propane firepit, bbq grill, laundry machines.

Other details to note
1.This house is in a quiet residential area. We welcome respectful guests who will treat our neighborhood and our place as their home. This means that respectful friendly gatherings are OK. That said, loud and/or wild parties are strictly forbidden. Any sign of disturbance, loud music & noise, including disturbance reported by neighbors, is a violation of the house rules.

2. Only registered guests are allowed to be on the property. No outside visitors are allowed unless host approved.

2. If you are booking the place for someone else and you won't be physically present during the reservation, please let us know about it.

3. For guest that staying for a longer period, our data plan is 1.2Tb/month, that's standard for most internet carriers. 1.2TB data equals to:
-Send and receive 46,000 emails
-3,500 hours on videoconferencing services/apps such as Zoom
-Stream high-def videos for 400 hours
-Post to social media for 6,200 hours
It's very rare that the data usage would exceed 1.2 TB. However, if you do exceed the limit, we will be charge a fee of $100.
