Located near La Chapelle en Vercors and its shops, 25 minutes from the Font d'Urle and Col du Rousset ski resorts, and 15 minutes from the Col de Carri. Magnificent walks or bike rides are available right from the house. You can relax in its pleasant and welcoming 160m². Numerous sleeping arrangements are possible. The house is comfortable and pleasant for 6 to 10 people. It features a large 65m² kitchen/living room. 90cm stove, ample storage available in the kitchen. 1 large table comfortably seating 10 adults. 2 bedrooms of 14m² with 2 double beds on a 140cm mezzanine. 1 bedroom of 10m² with a 180cm double bed. 1 large living room with the possibility of 2 to 6 additional sleeping spaces, best suited for children. 1 large bathroom on the first floor with bathtub and shower. Sheets and duvets provided. Towels and toiletries not provided. 1 large entrance hall. 1 garage where equipment can be stored. sports (mountain biking, skiing...). A playhouse and swing are accessible outside under adult supervision. The upstairs windows are low and do not have railings. The house is located 7 minutes from La Chapelle en Vercors, and in the heart of a vast playground for all your leisure activities: hiking, trail running, relaxation, cycling, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, sledding, summer tobogganing, fishing, golf... The entire house is available, but a door upstairs separates it from an occupied apartment. The apartment is located above the garage. The boiler requires filling the pellet hopper morning and evening. Three cats live in the garage and can access the house if you wish. Guests are responsible for cleaning upon departure.
