High School Cheer Nationals

Our stay was great, we came down to watch our children compete at ESPN, the location is very quick to get to all Disney property. It was great to have a personal pool and also have the big community pool. Staff at the resort is friendly and helpful.

Beautiful place to stay. We've stayed at Windsor Hills the past 5 times we've visited. I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Clean, attentive staff, nice area, close to everything!

Nice condo close to disney

The property was a great location. We stayed the night prior to going to Magic Kingdom. It was a 10min drive in from the condo. The place was in great shape and right by the association pool.

Windsor Hills

We’ve stayed in Windsor Hills several times before. It’s our favorite location because it is so close to the parks, restaurants, and shopping places. This place was a great size for the 5 of us. However, it is in great need of repairs and a deep clean. When we first arrived, I walked from the bathroom to the bedroom and immediately had grimy feet. All of the floors felt like they were coated in a grimy film. We had to walk around in shoes or socks the whole stay. The couch needs to be replaced or deeply cleaned. It is apparent that it’s had lots of pets on it and hadn’t been cleaned in a while or ever. The living room TV remote only turned the TV on but none of the other buttons worked so we couldn’t utilize the TV. The remote had also been chewed on by someone’s dog. Also, we couldn’t use the closet in the upstairs bedroom because there is a huge chest of drawers under the rack. We weren’t able to hang up any clothes. It also needs actual bath towels. The only ones available during our stay were microfiber towels and beach towels. Otherwise, it’s a nice place and location. Just needs some TLC. The heated spa pool was really nice. It was very warm and was a welcome on those chilly February nights and helped with sore muscles from walking all day at the parks.

Nice location and condo, but very cheap furnishings!

The condo itself and location (Windsor Hills) was very nice. However, I was VERY disappointed with the furnishings in the condo. Most things were VERY basic and cheap. The end tables in all the bedrooms were cheap plastic with no drawers. The towels were flimsy and old, no hand towels. The dressers in the rooms were old and loose. The standing lamps in two of the bedrooms were PLASTIC, and one was handing loose. The 3rd bedroom had no lamps. It also had NO CURTAINS, and got the morning sun directly in it. The pool is 1/2 the size of a normal pool (at most) and looks much bigger in the pictures. It felt like a dorm room! The TV was just replaced in the living area, and the sound didn't work correctly for cable TV, and it took a few days to fix. We had to pay an extra 30$ per day for pool heat. The coffee maker was broke also and they brought a new one the next day. The shower head in the master bath was the basic cheap one. There was nothing under the TVs in the bedrooms to put things on. The carpet on the stairs was old and stained. The boom was the worst I ever saw, completely used and worthless. There was only one towel rack in the bathrooms. There were not clocks at all, no alarm or wall clocks. For the money and worth of the condo, I expected MUCH more! My sister stayed a few doors down and had MUCH better furnishings, etc for the same price. The only good thing about this one was it was pet friendly. The owner didn't respond quickly at first, then he did better after.

Amazing Stay!

Comfy home near it all! House had everything we needed, and Mike was supper accommodating with his quick responses. The nearby pool (walking distance) had a small waterpark area for the kiddos and bar for the adults. Can't wait to plan our next stay!

Great place close to Disney

This home was spacious and close to all the Disney parks, great for our family trip. The private pool was a big hit for our kids!

Super close!!

We really enjoyed the pool. You do have to pay extra for it to be heated, but it was well worth it. Very close to everything you could possibly need!

Once upon a time in a faraway land, a young prince lived in a shining castle…Oh no, wait a minute, different story…

Our true story started with our kids who told us when we took them to Walt Disney World, “Daddy, this is the best day ever!”, and this is when we realized we have to buy a vacation home here so we can enjoy more moments like this with my family. Our Florida dream came true on May of 2017 when we went to Orlando for a week-long conference. We immediately fell in love with the city, weather, and all the exciting things we could do with our family here.

Call us crazy! We took a leap of faith and purchased our first vacation home in Florida within 2 months after we left Orlando...and it changed our lives forever.

We started our vacation rental business journey without any experience, but we knew if we kept our home clean, comfortable, fun, and unique, and made sure each guest got stellar guest service, people would book our home and continue to come year after year. Right after we purchased our first home, we began working on the design and remodel. Our goal is to give our guests, the "Best-Day-Ever" experience our kids told us when we first brought them to Disney. We made sure every room, corner, and wall had something special. We want our guests to book our home and feel excited about coming to a magical place. Our slogan is, “Don’t Let the Fun End at The Parks!”.
With this new home being a smashing success and, in such demand, we knew we had to purchase more homes so more families can enjoy. Fast forward today, we now have 20+ homes near Disney to serve our guests.

We love making memories here with our two kids, and we know your family will love it here too. So, this is us; a family suited for fun!
