It is ideally located in the heart of Alsace on the wine route, 20 minutes from Colmar and Strasbourg. Obernai, the most visited town after Strasbourg, is 6km away. Barr is a pretty, typical Alsatian town located at the foot of Mont Sainte-Odile, surrounded by vineyards and medieval castles. Situated on a sunny slope and offering a direct view of Haut-Andlau Castle, the cottage is the ideal starting point for visiting tourist sites, nature walks, hiking, mountain biking, downhill and cross-country skiing (15km), etc. This 30m² cottage consists of 2 rooms and is located on the first floor of our house. It offers a private 20m² terrace under a bioclimatic pergola and benefits from a separate entrance (sliding glass door). The ideal capacity is 2 people. It consists of a bedroom equipped with a double bed (140x200) and potentially an extra bed in the living room using a sofa bed. Amenities: - Living room/Equipped kitchen: Microwave/grill oven, induction hob, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and kitchen utensils. - Sofa bed. Convertible into a double bed in the living room - Television, wardrobe with shelves - Underfloor heating will keep you warm in winter.
