Country house with garden - cozy, detached, directly on the hiking trail

Our detached, child-friendly cottage for apple trees is located on the sunny hillside overlooking Hallenberg amidst a large garden. Dogs are welcome!

The former self-catering farmhouse, stable and large garden has been in our possession since 2009 and has been lovingly restored. It is a detached house in a dead end, which flows into nature. A hiking trail passes right outside the front door. The house is child friendly furnished; with a high chair, stair gates and a cot. Animals are welcome in the house and have plenty of space in the garden to romp about.

Our house is located on the sunny slope overlooking Hallenberg. The area is also called the Tuscany of the Sauerland, because here are the most hours of sunshine in the year to count. The house is located in a quiet street, from which one is in 2 minutes in the nature. There you can walk on lonely paths at altitude and pass many viewpoints.

You live in the entire, country-style house for your holiday. For rent are three bedrooms and the associated units kitchen, bathroom and living room.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom, the living room, the kitchen and the bathroom. On the first floor are still two bedrooms and a guest bathroom available. The children's equipment includes a cot / crib, stair gate and a high chair and a sandpit.

The property has a large garden on the hillside. English lawn you will not find with us, but raspberries, gooseberries, apples and nature without chemistry :-). The garden has a natural terrace and a terrace in front of the house, where a large picnic table and a barbecue invite you to linger. In front of the house there is enough parking for 2-3 cars.

We only heat with wood!
The central heating can also be powered by electricity, but it is recommended only to a lesser extent. So far, all guests have enjoyed this extraordinary way to heat.

In addition to the central heating system in the basement, we have two stoves in the living and kitchen area. The living room stove spreads cozy warmth, in addition to the central oven. The kitchen stove and the oven are also heated by fire. But there is also the possibility to cook with two electric hotplates.
