The approximately 116 square meter apartment has a large living room with great views, a separate kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms, a bathroom. The covered balcony is accessible from the living room and bedroom.

The surrounding area is an ideal starting point for delightful walks on marked trails and cycling, especially for e-bike or mountain bike suitable.

Nisterau is a pretty village on the eastern periphery of the spa town of Bad Marienberg. Walking distance from the house there are about 2.5 km through the nature reserve Bacher Lay to the city center.

Bad Marienberg offers many recreational opportunities such as Marienbad, the Basalt Park, the wildlife park with climbing forest, park and barefoot path and many sports facilities. It offered periodically city tours.
