ABOUT: The resort has a terrific location, right across street from Marriott Mountainside and ski lifts, a 5 minute walk away. The property offers WiFi, a business center with computers for use, coffee bar, snap area, swimming pool, hot tub, gym, BBQ area, and views of the mountains and slopes. PARKING: There is only one parking space available on the property for this unit. The parking space is outside on the street adjacent to the building, but is not numbered.

GUEST NAMES: This resort is very strict about name changes. This rental cannot be transferred or sold to another party. Guest must be present with a valid ID and major credit card to check-in.

CHECK-IN: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM (please do not expect to be allowed to check-in earlier than that). Check-out: 10:00 AM. Although check-in time begins at 4:00 pm, you may experience longer check-in times between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm, as a great many guests arrive and attempt to check-in at this time.

CREDIT CARD: A credit card may required at check-in by property for an additional deposit (separate from the Owner's Damage Deposit) as security or for optional incidental charges.
