We absolutely loved our stay! The views were gorgeous, and we made so many wonderful memories that we’ll cherish forever. The cabin was beautiful, and the owners were amazing at communicating throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway! We’re already looking forward to our next trip there! Stunning mountain top cabin (luxury rustic home) that had more room than we knew what to do with, incredible views morning, noon, and night, and every little extra you could possibly want or need. This is one we’ll be visiting year after year.

Parkview Lodge has absolutely beautiful views! It’s exactly what we were looking for with plenty of space & a well equipped kitchen. The pool & hot tub are an added bonus. We did have an issue with one of the toilets but when we contacted the hosts they got back to us right away. They came that very next day to fix it. It’s a great find!

Beautiful property with gorgeous view! Spacious and clean with excellent amenities. The game room was incredible, and the pool and hot tub were welcoming after a busy day. Hosts were quick to respond to all inquiries. The bears that meandered up the driveway were one of the highlights of our stay...they were just passing by and not a problem at all.I highly recommend staying here if you are planning to visit the Great Smoky Mountains!

This house is beautiful and the view is stunning! The host was very responsive and truly wanted our family to enjoy this house. Seeing the bears on property was a bonus, the kids were amazed. One of our best family vacations ever!

We had a family of 9 people visiting. It was very spacious and comfortable. Olenia the host was very friendly and easy to work with before and during our trip. She even replaced the coffee maker within the hour of needing one. I loved the size of the kitchen and all of the essentials. The kitchen table was incredibly large. We finished our puzzle at the one end with plenty of room to spare for eating. . The winding drive to the house got easier as the week went along. We saw bears a few times and received a picture from Olenia and a heads up.

You guys really thought of everything with this house! It's perfect for larger families. Our kids really enjoyed the game room and pool. You can't beat the amazing mountain views either! It's breathtaking. We hope to come back some time soon.

What an amazing place! From the moment we walked through the door, the smiles on everyone’s faces said it all. We immediately knew we had picked the perfect home for our week in the Smoky Mountains. The house had everything we needed, and the views were absolutely incredible!The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with our group and were used every day. In the evenings, we gathered in the game room, laughing, playing games, and enjoying our time together. Those are memories we’ll always remember. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with supplies, with TVs and fans in every room. The washer and dryer were also great since we packed light.The host were wonderful . Whenever we had a question or minor concern, they responded quickly and made sure it was taken care of.And the bears! We saw them almost every day, which made our trip even more memorable. Follow the hosts’ instructions—keep vehicles locked, never leave food inside vehicles or unattended outside the property, and be aware of your surroundings, especially at night. We followed the rules and never had an issue.The location was perfect, with easy access to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the Smoky Mountains.Thank you, to our host, for sharing your beautiful home with us. We made wonderful memories here and are already planning our return next year. See you again soon!

The house was great! We loved the view, the main gathering areas, and the game room was a hit! The beds were extremely comfortable as well. Would stay here again!

We couldn't have been more pleased with the rental experience. The home and location are stunning. The natural wood throughout the home gives it a cabin feel but the furniture and decor is far from rustic - this home has quality throughout. Our hosts were outstanding! I felt like I gained a new friend from the wonderful conversation I had with Olenia before the trip letting me know about tips and suggestions to the guidance of what to do at the close. The cleaning crew found some ear buds and Olenia was going to go out of her way to get them to us. (turned out they didnt belong to us). The bear sightings were outstanding and did not disappoint - definitely a highlight of the location. The pantry was well-stocked, and the kitchen had every convenience - with cookware and utensils for any kind of meal you wished to prepare. the game room was a big hit. We had some littles - ages 3 and 6 and adults. we all found something to do when it was raining. I would highly recommend this home for your next vacation to the Smokeys. What a wonderful experience. Hats off to Olenia and Jeff. They are excellent hosts.

The house was gorgeous and the view is better than the pictures. The host was very communicative and helpful, especially with the bear warnings (we had a visitor within the first couple of hours). I couldn't recommend this house enough!

We had a wonderful week at a very beautiful property. The kids loved the pool, and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The game room was used extensively. I swept off the pool table and removed the sticky substance from the shuffleboard table. Cudos on the pin ball machine which was heavily used. None of us had a problem finding a quiet spot to read or use our iPads. I had a desk downstairs to write my stories and sort out my photos. The excursions to Pidgeon Forge and downtown Gatlinburg were easy along picturesque roads. Everyone we met along the way was helpful and friendly.

We had a great Mountain View. We had a couple of minor problems, and they were dealt with promptly and efficiently. The hosts were very responsive to our needs.

Great Getaway with Family!

We had an amazing trip at Parkview Lodge! We had 4 different family groups staying together and the layout of the house worked great for sleeping arrangements for all ages and bedtimes. We loved that we were able to prep food in the kitchen for such a large group, there were 2 grills and plenty of propane. Everyone was able to relax and enjoy!
