Bright California Bungalow in the Heart of Downtown Santa Barbara

This bright, updated 1920's bungalow is right in the heart of Santa Barbara. Situated a block and a half off State Street just minutes away from some of the best tourist attractions, restaurants, bars, breweries, music venue and museums that Santa Barbara has to offer. And just a short 10-minute drive to the closest beach. We integrated a seamless check-in/check-out process and minimal interaction for your privacy and convenience.

Casa Figueroa features a designer's touch, abundant light, and is tastefully furnished - offering all the elements of classic coastal living, inside and out. Relax and enjoy the comfortable front porch or the inviting courtyard with outdoor dining. This home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers and will sleep up to 4 guests for true hospitality.
Santa Barbara is known for its perfect weather year-round. For that reason, we only have ceiling fans throughout the house. Our TV's are equipped with premium channels, streaming services such as Hulu and Netflix. High speed Wi-Fi is also available within the property.
The bedrooms are super-comfy and bed linens are plush and cozy. One bedroom provides a king bed, and one provides a queen bed. The kitchen offers dining for 6, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, water purifier, and is fully stocked for today's cooks and family meals. Other amenities include:
Portable Bose speaker to sync with your mobile device. Guests enjoy a brick lined patio with custom gas BBQ island, refrigerator & outdoor sink. Patio has a dining table to seat six with a fire feature in the center for warmth and ambiance. Beach chairs and towels also available for guest use. In house washer and dryer for your convenience. An iron, ironing board (both located in the walk-in closet), and hair dryers are also provided for your convenience as are bathrobes.
Pets are not allowed unless they are a service animal. There is a $50 fee per animal.

Casa Figueroa is a non-smoking property and available for 3 nights, weekly, or monthly rental.
Our home has been meticulously maintained and cared for and we will be staying close by and on-hand for any needed assistance.


Health, Safety and Parking

2. This property is being cleaned with disinfectant.
3. Guests are welcome to check-in and check-out without any person-to-person contact.
4. There are no parties allowed and quite times is from 10 PM to 9 AM
5. Upon booking, you will receive a code to unlock the front door. Once inside, you will find a parking permit (to hang from your rearview mirror) on the kitchen table that will allow you to park in the lot across the street from the property. This must be returned at the end of stay or there is a $50.00 replacement fee.
