Nestled just 20 minutes from the East entrance of Zion National Park and 1 hour from Bryce Canyon National Park, this new, 2-bedroom Carriage House is the perfect luxury stay for couples or families wanting proximity to adventure, majestic views, and the comforts of home. Enjoy hiking, canyoneering, horseback-riding, UTV tours, or take a day trip to Bryce or the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Enjoy the coral cliff views from the hot tub during the day and stargaze by the fire pit at night. Southern Utah has something for everyone.

Enjoy Orderville's small-town feel while exploring Southern Utah and all it has to offer. This newly built Carriage House with unparalleled views is centrally located to many of the most visited places in Utah including Bryce Canyon, Lake Powell, Grand Canyon, and Zion National Park. Luxury amenities such as a new Hot Tub, Fireplace, and Fire Pit make this home the perfect place for a romantic getaway or a small family's magical vacation.

If you're staying in, savor the views from the large picture windows, balcony, or deck and enjoy the romantic fireplace, modern open living area, and comfortable beds. Headed out for some world-class hiking? Come back after your adventures to a barbecue fired up on the outdoor grill, roast marshmallows over the fire pit, or soothe those muscles in the brand new hot tub. The Home is perfectly appointed to ensure your stay with us is a memorable one.

Highly recommend this property — beautiful space, very clean, excellent communication with hosts and they provided a lot of useful information for activities in the area. The private hot tub and fire pit were great! Hosts have thought of everything!!

This home was perfect for the two of us! Very clean and cozy with a TV in the living room and bedroom. Kitchen was pretty well stocked, I’d suggest bringing your own Tupperware if needed (we pack a lot for hikes so that was a bit limited) however not a damper on anything. The view, grill, and hot tub are great touches to the place. Close to the Zion east entrance (20 ish mins, 40 mins to the main shuttle area), Kanab had a lot more than expected and also about 25 mins, Bryce Canyon about an even hour. Great stay to hit several spots!

Awesome early June trip

The casita was perfect four our family of 4. It has a very well appointed interior, and our 13 and 9 yo’s dug the bunk beds. We hiked and explored by day, and relaxed with a fire or a hot tub dip by night, it was a great week. Perfectly located - we spent a day each at Zion, Bryce, Kanab, and the Grand Canyon, with one day just wandering the nearby trail and Orderville’s pocket canyon. Highly, highly recommend this property!

Great place with great accommodations

This property is truly amazing! The accommodations and location are great and so are the owners! They were great at communication and very friendly as well! We are already planning to stay here again on our next trip to Zion!

Amazing Place

One of the most beautiful houses we have ever visited!! Very clean, very nice interior and a beautiful view. We loved the jacuzzi and enjoyed looking at the stars in the jacuzzi in the evening. Great location to visit Zion as well as Bryce.

Quite Getaway

Quality place to stay, relax and unwind. Did a lot of hiking and exploring of the area, so we were rarely at the property. Enjoyed the hot tub! Very nice house layout, excellent view - and absolutely zero negatives.

Utah trip

Alex and Vanessa were so great to us while we were there and the place was amazing. We were able to visit Zion and Bryce Canyon national parks as well as do some local slot canyon repelling during our stay. The view from the house was amazing and the hot tub felt great after hiking. Would definitely recommend

Perfect Anniversary Spot

Great experience for our 4 day vacation near East Zion. Property is immaculate. Kitchen had everything we needed plus more. The house was decorated in Christmas theme which was a wonderful, unexpected bonus. We spent time in the hot tub looking at the stars, hiking around Orderville and East Zion and visiting several historic sites. Great communication with Myzionvacations. We would definitely rent from them again.

Perfect home base

Overlook was a perfect home base for our Zion and Bryce vacation. Located between the two, we never had to drive too far. And it’s called Overlook for a reason. A gorgeous view of the mountains from an outdoor patio that includes a dinner table, hot tub and fire pit. What more could you ask for? Interior is new and fresh with comfy bed and sofa. Highly recommend.

Amazing views!

We love the Overlook. Everything was in tiptop shape. The kitchen was very nicely appointed! Next time I would plan to cook more as there are not a lot of restaurants nearby. Very comfortable. Hot tub was perfect for stargazing and the hosts are friendly and available. They made sure the lights were on for us when I told them we were arriving after dark. We’ll be back!

Zion / Bryce 1st timers

The property included all the amenities you need for an stress-free getaway. very well thought out and upscale. The location was perfect to get to Zion. Bryce was about an hour easy drive. The hot tub was a welcome edition after a day of hiking. There were several other hikes and activities in the area as well. The guide provided by the host head a lot of information as well. Easy check in and check out process. No issues during our stay, but the host checked in with us to make sure everything was good. On our list for our next visit.

Perfect for our National Parks trip

My wife and I chose this place because it is in between Zion and Bryce Canyon (and it has a hot tub!). You are very close to the East entrance of Zion, which makes for a beautiful drive as you make it to the visitor center near the South entrance. We spent 3 days at Zion and hiked the Narrows (rented gear in Springdale the day before - very easy). The place comes with a super friendly welcome guide that you download to your phone. I used it every single day as it helps with checking in, using the hot tub, finding local restaurants, national park information, and more. The place is exactly as stated. It is clean, updated, and has a beautiful view. Although it was chilly each day, we ended up using the hot tub every single night. We even saw a few deer just down the road from the property. Also, the owners were super helpful, available, and interested. It is clear they care about the experience of the renter. I recommend this place to anyone that wants to be close to the national parks, but still have some privacy in a more rural area. When we come back to Zion, we hope to rent this place again.

Perfect Zion/Bryce Hideaway

We throughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at the Overlook. The house was one of the top rentals we have ever stayed at! The views of the surrounding mountains were extraordinarily beautiful; truly breathtaking. The home features brand new appliances, accessories and furniture. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were extremely well stocked with all needed houseware items. We enjoyed the serenity of the location, with great access to both Zion and Bryce Canyon. The house and property were immaculate and well maintained, with an excellent hot tub and fire ring! Luxurious stay; Highly recommend.

Vanessa’s family built their vacation cabin on the borderline of Zion National Park in the mid-1970’s. As a child, she spent many summers hiking, exploring & enjoying the magical land of Zion. The area created special memories with family and friends; holding a special place in her heart. When Vanessa started a family of her own it was no surprise she brought them to the area; sharing the magic of her childhood with her own family. Hiking familiar trails and discovering new secrets became harder and harder to leave. Soon she and her husband, Alex, realized each visit was never long enough. In 2020 it was time to make Zion their home.
Their love & knowledge of the area ensures their guests experience the magic of the Zion area just like a local. No matter how long or short the stay; everyone is guaranteed a unique experience. Breathtaking vistas, towering cliffs cast in rainbow patterns, sand in your shoes, canyons that wind on in maze-like patterns… it’s all here. Waiting to become unforgettable memories.
