Everything was great. The condo was perfect. The pool could have been cleaner. It had some weed like floaties in it and was a bit cloudy.

Family vacation in PCB

We had great time staying at this condo. The condo is cleaned, beach front , and walking distances to the pier and restaurants.

Great stay

The condo was excellent it was exactly as it was described. We had 5 kids and 4 adults with plenty of room for all. I highly recommend this condo!

Great Condo

Clean, beautiful, spacious Condo with an amazing view. Took a girls trip with my friends. The condo comfortably for all 7 of us. Having 3 bathrooms was nice!

Spacious and well-equipped

The unit was very nice. It had everything we needed to cook breakfast each morning. Great location that was quiet. The only issue we had was the parking garage elevator breaking down and not getting fixed immediately.

Great Holiday Getaway

The condo was clean, quiet, and beautiful, but the view and the beach stole the show. Can't say enough about the hospitality of the beach chair company and the friendly, helpful staff of Aqua that we met during our stay. Location is perfect! Just a 10 min stroll from Pier Park and other great restaurants just across the street. Parking was sometimes a challenge even though we were supposed to have a space available in the parking deck. Overall, it was an amazing stay

Great Family vacation time!

The apartment is spacious, we were 10 plus a baby and we were all super comfortable, the beds are very good. The balcony is a bit narrow, but the view is spectacular. The area where it is located is excellent for going for a walk, the pier is very close. The only complaint I have is the lack of good housekeeping. It is seen that they do not do a good cleaning after each stay. We had a great time.

Great Property, Convenient Location

We stayed in July 2022, two families with children ranging from 7-16 years old. The condo is in a convenient location, with Pier Park about a 10 minute walk away. The two pools and hot tub were clean, and the beach was busy but clean as well. The unit itself was decorated beautifully. Just a few things to plan for that we are used to having included are 1) to bring your own beach towels; 2) beach loungers and umbrella are for rent and not included; 3) bring or purchase Tupperware or other food storage; and 4) you have to pay $20 for your parking tag for the week. We would for sure recommend this unit, especially with kids the age of ours. It was a great week for us!

Beautiful place

Overall stay was great! Condo was very clean and comfortable for my family of 5 and my friends family of 5! Plenty of room/beds for all 10 of us! Didn’t feel crammed at all. Pool/hot tub was nice. Pool was pretty cold but kids still swam! For it being on the 20th floor we really didn’t have to constantly wait on an elevator. They were really quick! The only “cons” I have are the kitchen isn’t stocked well with pans for cooking. Theres 1 that is kinda small and it’s stainless steel (which I can’t cook with lol) and then 1 that’s larger. We also didn’t get our bracelets for the pool. I reached out to Vrbo/owner and they said they would bring them but never did. Wasn’t really a big deal because we never got asked to show them. Parking garage was nice! Plus there’s extra parking in the basement for golf cars which was awesome because we had rented some! It was kinda pricey to pay to park but definitely worth it! Overall stay was great!

Fun in the sun!

Aqua resort was great overall but the parking was horrible when it comes to staying with multiple family’s and only have 2 parking passes that you will need to pay for. You can walk to Pier park so getting dinner was not bad but if you need to drive you will need to plan ahead if all in your group can’t fit in both cars. The room was great, very clean and comfortable. Only issue we had was the chair vendors on the beach taking the beach from family’s with tents. The layout for where the tents go is labeled but half is taken from the vendors jet ski parking that is not on the layout! The vendors will threaten to hit your tent if you don’t move and when you do move they will ask you to move again for some other reason and then at 4:30 make you move so they can get the jet ski! So if your with your family and your room didn’t come with chair rental already included good luck you have very limited space! They also setup umbrellas on high tide line where the public is supposed to be able to sit. Every morning was an issue with these guys. Aqua resort I will give a 5 star but the vendors on the beach I will give no star! Very unprofessional kids run it. I will be coming back to PCB soon but not sure if I will stay at Aqua resort. But I have a feeling the vendors are taking the beaches away from family’s with tents that don’t want to pay for chairs. Thank you aqua resort for our stay I will still recommend the resort to other family’s.
