Features 1 comfortable queen beds with a high quality gel memory mattress. This is a private room located close to the bathroom and the windows open to the front of the house for people that prefer to get away from the noise of the pool area.



Fourth Bedroom:



Featured 2 twin beds with a high quality gel memory mattresses, this room is ideal for kids or your single friends.



This property is located in the heart of La Quinta, we are walking distance away from Indian Spring Gold Course, Costco, lots of stores and restaurants.



We are 3.5 mile away from the Coachella / Stagecouch Polo fields and 2.2 miles from the Indian Wells Tennis Garden

Your privacy and comfort are our top priorities.

Other Things to Note:

Pool Technician Schedule: Comes on Wednesday and Saturday between 6 AM and 11 AM



Garden Technician: Comes on Wednesday's between 8 AM - 12 PM



Technicians can come off schedule due to weather, scheduling conflict, or emergency reasons. We schedule them early to ensure they can get everything done while you are not using the outdoor space. Please allow between 2-4 hrs before using the pool after the technician has left.
