French Quarter Home, One Block to Frenchmen St, Private Courtyard

Our sophisticated shotgun style home is conveniently located near the French Quarter & only one block to Frenchmen St/Esplanade Ave; highly walkable, fun, active area! Unwind in your private courtyard with the sound of Jazz bands in the distance. Several parking options in the area; free, metered/paid. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee you will find free parking due to the activity of the French Quarter.

Upon booking you will have full, private access to the main portion of the home which includes all of the following: 2 private bedrooms each with a king bed, bathroom which is located in the common area and has walk-in shower (no tub). Living room and kitchen that is fully stocked with cooking essentials and coffee/creamer for your morning cup of Joe! There is a washer and dryer inside the home you are welcome to use (detergent is provided). The living room and each bedroom have Smart TVs.

When booking our home you will not only be in an ideal location with both Frenchmen St and Esplanade Ave being only ONE BLOCK away, but you will have your very own private courtyard to relax and unwind in after a long day of sightseeing and beignet indulging! Let the distant sounds of Jazz bands have you saying "Laissez Les Bons Temps Rouler!"

More about the area: We are situated on Royal St just a few doors down from "R Bar" and Royal Sushi. With so many restaurant and bar options all within walking distance you won't lack entertainment options! Snug Harbor, Port of Call, The Maison, The Spotted Cat, Three Muses, Marigny Brasserie, Royal Sushi, Horn's Eatery, Italian Barrel, Balcony Music Club (Just to name a few! ). Along with the outdoor French Market, Decatur St and the Riverfront Streetcar being only 4 blocks away. Bourbon St is 2.5 blocks away and then 4 more blocks down Bourbon to the action/nightlife!

Due to the activity of the area, the front bedroom may experience street noise, for this reason earplugs are provided for light sleepers.

Owners unit is connected to property but is locked off. You will have full private access to the rental
