In a typical Provencal countryside setting, the Ferme Caïoli lies among olive trees and oleanders, with a wide view of the Babadier hill and a freshwater reservoir for cooling off in summer.

Villecroze is surrounded by magnificent villages: Tourtour, village in the sky, Salernes and its Terra Rossa museum of terracotta tiles, Sillans and its waterfall, Entrecasteaux and the Lenôtre garden, Cotignac and its troglodyte cliffs, Aups, Ampus, Vérignon... Other remarkable places in the region: the Lac de Sainte-Croix and the Gorges du Verdon, the Abbaye du Thoronet, the wine route of the Provence and the beaches of the Côte d'Azur.

On the ground floor, the farmhouse comprises a living room with fitted kitchen, which can accommodate 8 persons; a long terrace in the shade of two large plane trees for meals, a small sitting room and a shower room with toilet and washing machine; on the first floor, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom; on the second floor, 2 bedrooms and a shower room with toilet.

The farmhouse is situated 3 km from Villecroze and 5 km from Salernes on approx. 3 hectares of land at the end of a private lane and next to a market-gardener. Several cars can be parked inside the property, which is secured by a gate and electric fence.

Salernes has all the amenities: shops (Auchan, BioCoop, Casino, Intermarché, Lidl), pharmacies, doctors and paramedics, Sunday and Wednesday morning markets, a cinema, and outdoor swimming at La Muïe 'lido' in the river La Bresque.

In July and August, we only rent from Saturday to Saturday.
