Location! Location! Beautiful newly renovated, professionally decorated home located in the historic Marigny Triangle neighborhood. With a 95% walkability score this location allows you to experience all New Orleans has to offer. This home is just 4 blocks from the French Quarter, 3 blocks to Frenchmen Street's famous music halls and steps to the Rampart streetcar line that provides easy access to the entire city.

Enjoy your stay in this 4-bedroom 4-bath, 2400 sq ft home, featuring a spacious open living room and kitchen area that will accommodate large groups comfortably. Directly off the living room is a beautiful balcony overlooking the rampart streetcar line. Another added feature to this home is the large open private courtyard that offers our guest an additional place to gather, relax and unwind.


The 2 story 2400 sq ft home was professionally designed to give our guest a true home away from home experience. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed and its own private bath, the 2nd bedroom has 2 queen beds, and the 3rd bedroom has one queen bed. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom can share between 2 common area bathrooms both with tub/showers, one bathroom is located on the first floor and the other bathroom is on the second floor. The master bedroom is on the second floor and has a king bed and its own private bath. the home is also equipped with 2 instantaneous water heaters to ensure our guest that hot water will never be a problem.

The large kitchen is equipped with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher and all the kitchen utensil you will need. This home also includes Wifi, washer/dryer and smart TVs

Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before guest arrive and comes stocked with coffee, fresh towels and all bathroom essentials.
If your dates are not available, are you need extra bedrooms, we have 2 additional homes located in the same block.
The 1st home is also a newly renovated 5-bedroom 4-bath 2500 sq ft VRBO#2501254
The 2nd home is a brand new 3-bedroom 3-bath VRBO#2501391 both homes can sleep up to 10 people

The house is perfect and just like the pictures, the beds arevery comfy. Lots of towels! Check in and check out were easy. The owner answered all questions in a timely manner. Little store on the corner for snacks and drinks.Felt very safe in this area.

Great rental and great location!

This rental was accurate to the photos and description and we had a wonderful time. The location is walkable to Frenchman Street and some great bakeries. Our family ranged in age from 11-78 and everyone loved it. We would stay here again.

Perfect house. Perfect location

Perfectly sized house for four couples. The patio was ideal for morning coffee and afternoon drinks. Lots of food and essential shopping within walking distance. Tim was a gem of a host.

Some friend and I came to New Orleans to celebrate my 55th birthday. Once I saw this listing on VRBO I was sold. Although the pictures look amazing on the site, seeing this property in person was even more impressive. My friends and I enjoyed the spacious living and sleeping quarters as well as the outside courtyard. Adding to this amazing property was Tim as an amazing host. Five stars all around!

Good but can be great

Gate to open on the street entrance is a bit of a hassle and can be a bit smoother. Also, there is a car port and having to park on the street was bit painful to carry stuff from outside to inside. Finally, the checkout time was too early for all the extra stuff we need to do like loading dishwasher and clothes washer and would have preferred an extra hour or early checkout without to do extra which we don’t do at other places. So yes, it was good but can be great.

Good place for large multi-generational family

My extended family stayed here to attend my daughter’s wedding in the Marigny. Great location, outdoor space and modern accommodation. Highly recommend!

Comfortable and Convenient

This house was perfect for my family of 6 for a four day stay over Thanksgiving. The house is walking distance from the French Quarter through a nice neighborhood filled with pretty houses. An excellent gourmet supermarket is a few blocks away, as is a very good bakery. The house was very clean, thanks to what must be a meticulous cleaning person/crew. The only issue we had was that since the house itself is the only one on a busy street, we were initially confused about the legality and safety of parking right out front. We quickly realized there was plenty of parking around the block (where there are many houses and cars). And eventually figured out that we could park right out front legally without our car getting side-swiped by passing traffic. We would happily return!

Amazing bachorlette weekend

We had an amazing stay. The home is beautiful and very comfortable. We felt very safe and walked to the french quarter during both the day and evenings. Tim was an excellent host- incrediblely communicative and accommodating. Would absolutely book agin when next in New Orleans.

Perfect getaway for our group

Stayed here for a long weekend with my girlfriends for my bachelorette party. The house is lovely, even nicer and larger than the pictures made it seem. Tim was a wonderful host and allowed us to check out late as some of us had evening flights. Perfect location and definitely felt quiet and secure at the house. Would stay here again in the future!

College friends trip to New Orleans

So much enjoyed our stay!! The home is exactly as advertised. There were five of us, so we each had our own bed and plenty of space for hanging out. Tim accommodated us arriving early, which was very appreciated, as we were all flying in at different times from out of town. It's a 5-minute walk to the grocery store, which made getting some supplies super easy upon arrival. The house is right on the edge of the Marigny area, so it's very easy to walk down to Frenchman and to the French Quarter. Saturday night there was some noise on the street from party buses, but this was to be expected, given all the fun folks are having in New Orelans on a weekend. :-) Highly recommend this property for a group looking to take advantage of all New Orleans has to offer. Big Thanks to Tim for being such a helpful host.

7 Chicago/LA friends met for the French Quarter Fest and all stayed here. Spacious, clean and well-appointed property. Easy 15 min walk to French Quarter and French Market. Robert’s grocery 4 blocks away with everything we needed for a big southern breakfast. Just perfect for a group of family or friends. Thanks to Tim!

Gorgeous house in a cute neighborhood

Recently stayed in this lovely home with six college pals to celebrate our milestone birthdays this year. We had plenty of space to hang out, plus the house was so comfortable. During the day, we easily walked to/from Jackson Square, as well as the French Quarter. The owner was super responsive and quickly fixed a minor issue we discovered upon checkin. I can't recommend this house enough. Also, there is an incredibly well-stocked market just down the street where you can pick up snacks and drinks.

Nice property and location

Great location just minutes to the quarter on foot. Property as described and owner very responsive to text and questions. Felt extremely safe in location. Only knock is there are no TVs in sleeping rooms and tv in main room is small.

Beautiful house

Loved this house. Beautiful inside and had a super cute patio. Very well equipped and in a great location. Even has a little grocery store across the street. Very nice host as well.
