Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 90 sqm and can accommodate up to 7 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance leads directly in the vestibule. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Living room with lounge, TV and From the living room you come into the hallway, from where you have access to the terrace with garden furniture. You have access to the covered balcony with garden furniture. Cooking nook in the living room with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
2nd floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at bed (smaller 2.00 x 0.90 m).
Top floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Crikvenica. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. This cosy family house is located in the town centre of Crikvenica. Thanks to its central location, everything you need for a successful holiday is nearby. Just 100 metres from the holiday home you will find the central market where you can buy fresh vegetables, fresh fish, etc. every day. Shops, cafés, restaurants as well as all sights are also in the immediate vicinity. Parking (for 1 car) on the property. On the day of arrival, the landlord will reserve a parking space in the public car park and it is included. For multiple vehicles, a weekly ticket can be ordered for a fee. This weekly ticket costs €6.00 per day.
