6 people can be comfortably accommodated on a spacious 420m ² living space, three bedrooms, a living room with open fireplace and a well equipped kitchen. The 3 bedrooms are between 30 m² and 45 m². The covered terrace, right by the pool, is equipped with a tasteful lounge, a dining table for 8 people and comfortable sun loungers. The cars have their place in the garage and on the two parking spaces in front of the house.

The living room is at ground level and the large glass sliding doors blur the interior with the covered terrace, the pool and the garden. The flowing transition from the living room to the dining area and into the kitchen continues in this direction.

The modern kitchen is equipped with every comfort. From the spacious fridge, microwave, oven, ceramic hob with extractor hood to washing machine, dryer to dishwasher and much more. everything is there. With the kitchen inventory sufficiently usable, it is no problem to serve a great menu for you and your friends.

The golf clubs De Zalze and Erinvale are only 5 to 10 minutes away by car and the multifaceted Cape Town can be easily reached in 45 minutes. The villa can be rented from € 2,000 per week.
