A half-timbered townhouse located in the heart of Montivilliers, with direct access to all local shops and just 10 km from the nearest beaches. This townhouse, typical of the Pays-de-Caux region, has been completely renovated by the owner and features three levels. It has no outdoor space and is located in downtown Montivilliers, where you can reach all shops on foot. You can arrive by train or take the bus to Étretat, where direct routes serve the famous resort every day. You’ll appreciate the town’s architectural heritage, including its “halles” (small wooden shops dating from the 19th century), the Abbey Church, and the Abbey, which is listed as a historic monument. Please note that there are some low ceilings in certain areas of the living room, kitchen, and at some doorways.
