The large two-floor home has 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, with AC on both floors and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The main floor has 2 large king bedrooms with shower en-suites, while the lower walk-out floor has 2 queen bedrooms and a fifth bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. We also provide an air mattress to sleep a child for a total of 12 guests. The lower floor also has a full tub/shower bathroom and laundry facilities.

The sunny open-concept main floor houses the entry and kitchen-dining-living areas that overlook the water through large windows and glass doors and provides access to the waterfront deck that runs the entire length of the home. The living room and both king bedrooms have 10' patio doors that provide gorgeous water views and access to the spacious deck. The full walk-out lower floor also overlooks the water and welcomes guests with a comfortable sun/screen porch that is the third living space in the home and connects directly to the hot tub deck. This level also has a large family room - with a 58” TV, ping pong and games tables. The family room has another set of 10' patio doors that lead to the sun/screen room where you control the breeze with adjustable vinyl windows! The sunroom, deck and hot tub all overlook the water in a beautiful setting with a huge yard and surrounding green space for kids to run and play safely.

The cottage is complete with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a full-size washer and dryer, Fibe internet and TV, bed linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, kayaks/paddles, life vests, a propane BBQ, a bonfire pit and a large hot tub.
