The place is lovely and convenient to everything. You literally can walk to all the main strip shops and restaurants. Grocery Outlet is within walking distance. We would stay again.

Downtown Palm Springs

The room was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located to downtown Palm Springs, and the manager was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay over Christmas and hope to go there again.

Great Spot!

We loved the location just 2 blocks off the main Street - it was so easy to walk to everything. I can't say enough good things about the property and pool - we spent several hours every day. The owner was very accommodating when a plumbing issue arose (impacting several rooms), and immediately got us rebooked to a different room. This was a great value!!

Quaint, cozy, perfect location

This property is so lovely. It needs some love, but for the price and location cannot be beat. Itā€™s scheduled to be demolished, so owner isnā€™t putting any money on refurbishing, but itā€™s currently pretty decent. On site manager, Natalia, is a gem. Very responsive and really works to make your stay 4 star. Heated pool was perfect, and bed linen was on par. Definitely would stay here again if itā€™s still around.

All you need in a small package

Location couldnā€™t be better. A quiet street near the hills and hiking trails yet a stoneā€™s throw from the great shops and restaurants of central Palm Springs. Wonderful view. The apartment is small but well equipped. The kitchenette is a tiny converted closet but does the job. Overall very comfortable and good value. Not sure about it being a ā€œboutique hotelā€ though, a very minor quibble.

Fun by the pooll

A very quaint (in a good way) spot with a friendly vibe. The location was perfect for us. The only drawback, for us, was the kitchen facilities (if you can call them that) which were substandard. We were in unit 2 and some of the other units were better in that regard.

Villa among the palms

Very nice place to stay. The arrival and check-in process was a little awkward. The cab driver was confused but we worked it out. Was a little unsure of the gate code and stuff but that's one problem of being old school. Liked the location and liked who showed me around. Needs an Ice machine. I will be back.

We flew in for brothers wedding. Location was so close we were able to walk to the event. Super easy to get to and from airport. We didnā€™t have time for the pool but it did look inviting. Interior was dated but comfortable. We had all we needed during our stay.

Great Location. Charming courtyard. Needs update.

Loved the location of this small converted unit. Parking is plentiful on street. While it had everything needed for a short stay Unit 2 is little worse for wear. Kinda musty and needs new carpet. Small pantry is a plus but kinda rough. Love the intention and charm of the overall property but a once-over is due.

Quaint and Relaxing

I really like this little boutique motel. I'm not one for big hotels and resorts, I like a more homey vibe and appreciate older architecture that is well preserved. I loved being able to open the top of the ducth door and invite the calming sound of the courtyard fountain into my room. The pool is a good size and was refreshing. The room was clean and had all the necessities that we required. The other guests on the premises were friendly. The only thing I would change is not having to punch in a code at the entrance gate to get out of the courtyard, getting in makes sense, but not out. I would definitely come back for another stay.

Great Little Unit IF Next-Door Neighbors are Quiet!

The property was exactly as described. Older property, with a pretty lousy paint job in the bathroom for sure, but unit was nice and very clean (and I'm kinda picky!) Units are right next to each other, sharing common walls, and appear to have very little, or NO insulation. You can hear any and all conversations, coughing, "nature calls", or anyone using the pool, etc. Luckily, it was quiet the 2 nights we stayed, but it would be difficult to sleep with even the slightest disturbance next door, or outside. That said, everything we needed was provided. It was SO handy to have the little frig, microwave, dishes, and, for once, PLENTY of hangers in the closet! It was obvious that someone (the maid/cleaning person) tried hard to keep the dishes clean and covered, etc. There was Dawn dish soap and a sponge provided, and the only thing I might want added is a dish towel, as it seemed a bit weird to use bathroom hand towels for the dishes. 2 sets of bath towels were provided, even though we were only there for 2 nights; a nice touch, though we only used one set. Thanks to whomever cleans up after each stay. We definitely noticed you do a nice job! Also, we never had a problem finding parking right out front, so that was nice. Thank you!! We would stay again, crossing our fingers it would be quiet.

Great location and cozy room

Everything was as stated on the website. Pool was heated and felt great! Location and price also was a great featureā€¦.so why the 4 star overall rating??? No cable tv to watch the local stations and/or news. I understand the costs of having cable but streaming tv (at least for me) doesnā€™t cut it. I was able to watch the news from the day before which I guess is something, and/or news from Chicago and other major tv markets. But not the same as the local stations of PS.

Little Gem in Palm Springs

Fantastic little property in Palm Springs - six rooms nestled just a couple blocks from all the action with a secluded feel. The on-site pool was well maintained, beautifully landscaped, and a perfect relaxing end to the day. Host was responsive and check-in process was simple. Only recommendation is to bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper - neighbors had TV on 24/7 and you could hear it through the walls. Highly recommend for the value and location!
