Nestled in the serene community of Cavanagh, this 650 sqft suite offers a cozy and comfortable living space, perfect for short or mid-term stays.
Our suite is fully compliant with city codes and features high-quality sound insulation to ensure minimal noise from upstairs. Our family of four, living above, has no pets, guaranteeing a quiet and peaceful stay for our guests.
Outside, the beautiful Blackmud Creek is just behind the house, offering a 9.3-kilometer trail that is perfect for walking, running, and nature trips. The trail is suitable for all skill levels
✦ You are booking the entire suite, with separate entrance and private laundry.
✦ Parking: Street parking is available in front of the side entrance. You can easily get a spot for two vehicles. Parking on the driveway is not included.
✦ TV and Internet: Stay entertained with high-speed 1 GBPS internet and a large 55-inch Smart TV with complimentary Telus TV.
✦ Kitchen: This kitchen boasts clean and modern with quartz counters, sleek cabinetry, and basic appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, 2-slice toaster, kettle, pots, pans, and all the essential cookware needed to whip up your favorite meals.
✦ Bathroom: Our 4-pieces bathroom has heated floor and is equipped with fresh towels, hair dryer, and dispenser for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You'll even find Q-tips and facial cotton pads for your convenience.
✦ Office/Workstation: Ideal for students and working professionals.
✦ Laundry: Do you have some laundry to do? No problem! We have a washer and dryer available for you to use, and we'll even provide detergent.
✦ Bedroom: Two bedrooms are included and both are equipped with a comfortable Queen size bed.

Although we live on the main floor, we won't be interacting in person. Please feel free to send us any questions or concerns via the platform app, or email.

✦ SECURITY DEPOSIT AND RENTAL AGREEMENT ✦ This property requires a $250 security deposit hold (not an upfront charge) and a digital signature of our rental agreement. This hold will be scheduled at the time of your reservation and collected 2 days prior to check-in. It will be released 2 days after check-out, provided that no damage has been done to the property and all house rules have been followed.
✦ CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS ✦ The unit is equipped with a Smart Lock that allows you to lock and unlock the door using a unique code assigned to you. This code will be valid for the entire duration of your stay.
Detailed check-in instructions, including the Smart Lock code, will be sent to you 24 hours before your arrival.
✦ SECURITY DEVICES ✦ 1. We guarantee there are NO INDOOR recording devices in this unit 2. There is ONE OUTDOOR security camera located at the loft main door, only to monitor outdoor activity. This device will be ONLY recording with motion detection and not 24/7 3. We use a noise monitoring device; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations; it simply monitors the noise level
⫸ CANCELLATION POLICY VRBO and Expedia bookings are subject to a relaxed cancellation policy: You can cancel your reservation and get a 96% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. If you cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you receive a 46% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are not refunded.

Extremely clean and put together place. The side entrance was perfect for easy parking and privacy from the upstairs tenants. The house is furnished nicely and is equipped with everything you need for the kitchen. Would stay here again!

Was such a clean and peaceful stay, lovely renovated basement suite, convenient parking, exactly as the pictures and the experience felt very comfortable. The owners were very communicative and pleasant to converse with. Would absolutely stay here again.

Highly recommend
Our hosts Joscan and Scharlly were great. Checked in regularly to see if needed anything and if so it was handled immediately.
We really enjoyed the walking paths in this quiet neighbourhood. Easy access in and out of the area.
It was a great home away from home.

Family holiday
My littles and I went to Edmonton to catch up with friends and have some play dates. Excellent and quiet place to touch down on a busy trip. There were unavoidable technical issues that came up, the host was easily accessible and provided quick solutions.
