I can't believe I spent 688/night to stay here. Overall all our trip seemed to be a lot of small things going wrong that added up to a bad experience. This place is in a high air traffic area and it is LOUD. Every 5 minutes a plane lands and you can't hold a conversation outside. I might just not have seen it posted, but host charged a pet fee after we booked, typically those are listed up front. Upon arrival the living room smelled of weed. The upstairs bedroom walls were dirty, the caulking is moldy in the bathroom. Burnt out light bulbs. On Saturday the neighbor's reactive dog was out all day, and it charged the fence barking and growling at us and our dogs everytime we went outside, so we stayed inside.Towards the bottom of the stairs there is a screw sticking out of the wall, our toddler sliced her hand open on that. Overall, this feels very slum lord, buy a cheap house, fix it up nice enough so the pictures look good, but everything was done as cheap as possible inside and is slowly falling apart.I am really surprised at all the fabulous reviews, we could have stayed in a really nice hotel for the money we spent. The good things about this place is the neighborhood felt very safe, good wifi, awesome shower, dual thermostat so the upstairs stayed cool in summer.
