Your destination for a fun filled family vacation is our 4th row SEA PINES home which has been remodeled to accommodate our large family. The pool is 17 feet by 28 feet, can be heated for additional fee and has deck space for many chairs. The home is an easy 3-4 minute walk down a private path, passed 3 houses, to the best Hilton Head Island beach.

The 5 bedroom, 3 bath home offers comfortable furnishings and amenities for your enjoyment and a successful vacation. The two separate living levels provide lots of space. Three separate bedroom areas offer privacy for extended family members.

The high-speed wireless internet service will keep you connected (if you really want to be) and the TV's are cable and/or Roku connected.

The upper level offers a comfortable living/dining room area and adjourning updated kitchen. The large 47 inch flat screen HD TV/DVD/VCR can be enjoyed from the large sectional sofa and comfortable chairs. The dining table comfortably seats 6-8 people. A game table, which is close by, can seat 4-6 people. The kitchen has lots of counter space, offers all standard appliances including a microwave and the equipment necessary for convenient cooking. As well as large pots for crab or shrimp boiling and two crock pots. There is carpet in the living room and both the dining and kitchen areas have ceramic stone flooring.

To the right of the living area is the main bedroom (#1) offering two queen beds and adjoining bath with tub/shower. It is equipped with TV/DVD/Roku. To the left of the living area is the hallway to two bedrooms and a newly remodeled bathroom with a tub/shower and granite counters. Bedroom (#2) offers two queen beds, TV/DVD/Roku. The third bedroom (#3) offers a queen bed and a twin trundle bed and TV/DVD/Roku. All upper level bedrooms have hardwood floors.

All of the updated lower level has ceramic tile flooring and features a separate gathering area. This recreation room opens to the pool in front and to the fenced court yard in the back. It provides space for relaxing and playing games. The sofa opens to a queen pull-out bed. The kitchenette has a wet bar, a microwave, coffee maker, large sink, fridge, and granite counters. This area has a large capacity washer and dryer. Off the kitchenette is a bathroom with a walk-in ceramic tile shower. Bedroom (#4) offers a twin/double bunk and a twin/twin bunk, two closets and TV/DVD/Roku. Bedroom (#5) offers a queen bed and a twin/twin bunk bed, two closets and TV/DVD/Roku.

Outdoor facilities include a large 17’ X 28' pool with plenty of lounge chairs. There are two outdoor showers. One is easily accessible for rinsing off sand from the beach before entering the pool or house. The other is enclosed within the fenced courtyard. There is a large upper level screened porch overlooking the pool with has plenty of covered seating. The upper level back deck is open and has a gas grill. There is covered parking for one car and space for several other cars on the semicircular driveway. On-street parking is not allowed.

June, July and August - Rental is Saturday (4 PM) to Saturday (10 AM)
Other months - The rental dates have flexibility, with a 4 day minimum.
Sea Pines requires a car pass, weekly $20.00 per car or daily $9.00 per car, not included with the house rental. Passes are purchased directly from the gate attendant.
